This video was shot in 2005 I own a Rane TM57 mixer now, Look at my recent videos & it was actually an American DJ Mixer. $200 dollar mixer that kicked ass still works fine.

thanks for taking the time out to put this up. I recently bought a set of decks and find info like this invaluable. The decks (stanton T60's) sound pretty grim through my seperates system. Any tips for getting better sound quality? Maybe better carts to replace the stanton 500b's? Just ordered some vinyl and now learn about A cappella's. Such is life. Thanks man.

The trick is to reduce the BMP slowly enough that you don't notice the pitch change

Constructive criticism. You should of started the acapela on the 2nd 8 beat count, in other words the 16th beat. Not the 12th beat.
