To clarify, The Realm Engineering XKSS is a wonderful handbuilt machine comparable to an original when put in the hands of a great coach builder. A Lynx owner will not enjoy his car more than the Realm owner. And the Realm car is safer with the Jag IRS. This example is just incomplete and requires some changes tomake it more original.
Top money and private collection is all relative. From the video and the mass collection of photos of the build, It was built o.k. The interior is horrendous if i do say so myself. Looks nothing like an original.
A bastardized American example. Please explain the lack of front bumpers, the lack of internal parking lights under the headlights, and the turn signal lights on either side of the fish mouth being mounted in the wrong locations??
The chrome exhaust is embarrasing. And I'm American.
It brought top money and is in a private collection. The owner drove it hundreds of miles home through the desert amazingly. This was a beautifully done example in my opinion.
Nice recreation...is it a Lynx out of the UK? The only opportunity now to own such a masterpiece is to go this route and they can be quite well done. Predator Performance in the US has a good reputation I've been told. Details, details!

@hardencoach Thanks for your input! I didn't build it, I prefer American Muscle and Corvettes.

This is a GRP Realm Engineering LR XKSS.
Needs the chrome head light surrounds and front bumpers installed.
Front bumpers are a tweak-to-fit operation but they do install.
Looks like a D-type in the front and an XKSS from the rear.
Needs to correct this if he wants to get full value out of it.

@asturiasdixebra Thats funny because this not an American car at all. What are you talking about? This is quite a fine machine.

@samspace81
Remove that chrome exhaust and stop fuck up.

@samspace81 These people that can't afford the cars always find some small thing to dog based on what they have seen in magazines.

Fantastic, but could you please add more shots under the bonnet and some in the boot?

Rare indeed, only sixteen XKSS survived the fire at Jaguar Factory in 1957.
Man... what I would give to go for a spin on a XKSS and feel the roaring KX 6 cyl engine :-)
