That agitating speed looks like it's in the NORMAL cycle, when they should be washed in GENTLE/DELICATE or the HAND WASH cycle if your washer is equiped with that.

I have 2 suggestions.
1. Before you put your panties in the washer can you hold them up so we can savor the sexiness of them?
