  • I recall it took about 20 minutes - much faster with two people. As I recall the stabilizers are called outriggers/stablizers. Yes, the outriggers came with the package - required for taller set-up. The stabilizers make the tower much more comfortable to be on - less wobbling. I bought the rolling tower that reached 25 feet so I could reach the 35' peak (with a short ladder). The rolling allows me to roll around inside the house.

  • Amazing, everything in only 3 minutes :) - what the actual time do you think it takes to put up a 3 level 16 foot tower?

Also, the side pieces that prevent the scaffolding from tipping over, what do you call them - do they come with regular package? which version did you buy? (scaffoldmart has regular, deluxe and super deluxe rolling and non rolling) etc..

Thanks for posting this video. It definitely helps.

  • what's the foot print? I just built 24' x 49' 2 story Sip over ICF foundation. The ICF was much faster than the SIPs. ICF crew was 2-3x bigger than sip crew though. My roof is 12 inch panels, though I didn't use the I joists like you did between the sips.

  • Footprint is 26x26 with a roof peak of 34 feet above ground. Bottm floor is garage, bedroom and bath. Second level is living area. Loft and bathroom above. I joists are to carry 100psf snow load.
