This is the kind of water I'd like to see a jet-boat try to climb up!!!!! So far all the vids I've seen, have been running thru rather lame water....no danger, of swamping nor rock collisions....PUSSIES!!
I spent a few summers rafting nugget and powerhouse sure looks a little different after the flood and now that powerhouse is gone it has made that section easier.That was the best rafting on the rogue in a five mile stretch
This is Hayes Falls, as least to the fishermen out there. Rafters calls it Nugget Falls. I've never heard anyone call it Nugget Rapid. I've pulled many salmon out of this hole.

the rogue river is great, i've spent many days rafting it, i like to play between hogs creek and graves creek. then hike to rainy falls.
