@LiLiJughead Scarves make a wonderful gift. I know growing up in Iowa my face was so cold when I didn't have a scarf so it was nice to get one and stay warm.
Thanks very much for doing all of these great tutorials. I am just a beginner, but I have been able to make several of your projects. Just wanted to say thanks for all the work you put into these!
Hi teresa, thanks for all your tutorials. I ve made some based on your videos it always turns out great. Ur videos is easy to follow and the instructions are very clear. Me and mom now have new hobby, we watch your video together and making it. Thanks from me and mom!. Please keep teaching us. :) hugs from Indonesia
Thank you for such clear instructions, you are a Godsend. I want to try this pattern for my next project, a summer stole. My yarn is SUPER thin, It's called a shrimp yarn & to give you an idea of the weight, 50g = 320 meters! I am going to crochet with two balls together for more weight & use a 3.5mm hook. I'm a little nervous...do you think this will work? Any & all advice is greatly appreciated. If you think another stich pattern would work better with this yarn, please let me know. Thanks.
Hi Teresa, Thank you so much for this video. I am done with the freedom scarf. I used 2 colors and did 8 rows of each colour and continued with the length i wanted.Could you please suggest me a good edging for the same.
I was just wondering what the multiple is for this so that I may do something larger than a scarf. What suggestion do you have for the number of chains for an afghan?
@tjw1963 I mean that can I use this pattern for a dress will it look ok lol :o) and when I am finish making the dress I am going to send it to cure for a cause to help at the hospital they need things like dress, blankets and hats. :o)

Hi - can you please show how to make a long chain scarf - with the big gaps? I need something that's soft and flowy. Thank you for your great videos - am learning so much from you
I love your tutorials, and this is not exception. Can’t wait to try out the scarf. I'm English and I have to convert your crochet stitches and crochet hook measurements ~ so you even get my brain working ;-)
I need to be a better pattern reader, but it's just so much easier (and stress free) when I have YOU to guide me via YouTube! Could you make videos for all the projects I'd like to start? ;- ) Thank you for this great scarf tutorial, Theresa !
I made two of these scarves for Christmas presents. It worked out lovely. Thanks for posting this video!

marnao122 1 year ago
@marnao122 The multiple is 3. I would suggest a chain of 180-225
tjw1963 1 year ago
how many chains would i need to make a afghan?
jlp1994able 1 year ago
@jlp1994able I would suggest 180-225. It will depend on the yarn and hook you are using.
