staffys are not aggressive dogs, there are only to breeds of dogs that are registered by the kennel club as safe around children and staffys are are one of them hence the nickname the nanny dog!!

Introducing dog licenses for dog owners may be an idea. If an owner is mentally challenged or ugly or difficult to understand (like everyone in this video except for perhaps the Vet doc) then the only dog they can get is a Poodle or a Dachshund.

How about introducing licenses for dogs? So that these young guys who do not know how to care for a dog are not granted a license and therefore can't have dogs... This veterinary expert says it himself that it is has nothing to do with the breed! All staffs, pitbulls or whatever i have met have been lovely dogs

I can understand some of the young kids in the video and their frustrations, but that park seems to be in an area that is plagued with drug and general crime. If people there see this alot, then they may well generalise with regards to all youngsters especially ones with Staffs. I'm not saying it is right, but people would rather be on the side of caution than be on the side of a dead pet. You should all get together and help the police clean up your area, for the benefit of everyone.

It's like everything in this country, the government always tackles issues with short sighted stupidity. A problem with smoking, ban smoking. A problem with drinking, raise the prices. A problem with dangerous dogs, ban the dogs. Absolutely stupid. Target the people who mistreat and wield dogs as a weapon with mandatory 1 year prison sentence and 10k fine (deducted from benefits if need be). Do not enforce Communist Acts on responsible owners based on perception and with zero evidence.

Thank you for this video. It was fantastic. I am 16 and always get judged walking my two staffords. I don't take an eye off them. They have been attacked twice and never growled back. They have got me through so much, and thanks to them my life is on track and i'm preparing for my A levels. These dogs are not bad and its hard to make them bad.

Fact is that the dog-bite incidents raised dramatically.

But you dont try to explain in ur clip why they raised.

And it is fact that there are specific dog breeds that tend to show special behaviour.

You know that Border-Collies e.g. are Specialists in herding and agility.

Mastiffs for example are excellent guard dogs.

And some other dog races like Staffies...

Great job, could have used a professional(if possible to find) opinion that supported breed specific legislation opinion to perhaps better show both sides, but other than that great job!
