In some jurisdictions 70-80% of child abuse cases are committed by moms boyfriend. Moms should be prosecuted along with the scum boyfriends and step-dads. We just had a case in Phx ,AZ a few months ago. Pregnant mom arrested after her husband beat her daughter to death. Text messages show mom knew step-dad was abusing child. Did nothing. She is in jail too.

This is a shame. No matter how much "public awareness" is done this still and unfortunately will keep happening. How can it be stopped I have no idea. I just sat and watched this and thought what if this happened to me, I would not be here. Who knows what contribution to this world that little girl could have made. What excuse did the hospital buy for two broken legs and a broken collar bone? Just give a child up for adoption before this happens. Hell, leave it in the mall but not this.
