In my opinion, the film was harmless and wasn't as bad as this one. It had better character design and animation, but the relationship between the girl and guy was pure bullcrap, and as soon as the octopus was introduced, things went downhill.

I just watched the other film. My God, it was one of the craziest things I've ever seen. Yeah, it's better than this one in terms of animation quality and story coherence, but the actual story makes this Titanic cartoon look like a freaking documentary.

90% of an iceberg is completely underwater. On the real Titanic, it looked as though they might have only grazed the berg to some passengers on board too, but there was a shaking and at least a noise reported.

Here, we have no damn noise at all, just a chip of ice, which, yep, sounds like cloth.
