Raiders can't get to hyped and pumped that they lose focus. I see where Jacoby is coming from. They need to relax and get that intensity at game time. Play every down with a sense of desperation, just give it all they got! And the rest will fall in place. Let's go Raiders !!!!!!! Beat the sparkles.
