The episode was called "Animaniacs" where Bugs Daffy & Porky were the judges in the Acme Loo student Animation festival. (The title of the Tiny Toon Adventures episode Animaniacs later became a hit series { also called Animaniacs starring Yakko Wakko & Dot Warner} a few year later)
