@TheAmbassador11 if the wound from kenneyds throat was an entry wound then how do you explaIain the wounds from governor Connally who was hit from the same bullet from the rear
The assholes say Oswald was arrested with a .38 Special revolver. But the shells found at the Tipit murder were certainly 38 Auto for a semi auto pistol. You cannot fire 38 Auto bullets in a 38 Special. 38 Auto bullets are 1/4" shorter and have no rim to hold them in a revolver cylinder.
Benevides did not say the name Oswald on this film, because he did not see Oswald kill. Tippit.
That's my grandfather Domingo Benavides. It's a trip seeing this video of him actually telling the story rather than hearing him tell stories of this story.
@curtisjones400 Because it was not Oswald that he saw. Another video "the 38 auto shells" gives the proof that the dirty cop was murdered with an automatic; not a revolver. Remember, the conspirators want you to think the cop was shot with a 38 Special revolver said to be Oswald's.
Benevides's brother was murdered by the assholes by mistake, because the brothers looked similar.
1. Miss. Hits curbstone and nicks bystander's cheek. Undisputed.
2. JFK throat / Connally back, lung, ribs, and wrist. The magic bullet. Found in near-pristine condition laying on Connally's hospital gurney. Ridiculous, but I will so stipulate for the sake of argument.
Not at any time during this video did these witnesses say the name Oswald. Not even once. They were threatened before the interview. Not once did they describe the killer on this video. Yes, the witnesses were threatened with death of themselves and their families.
When the law enforcement assholes threaten your life, then what can you do?
Benevides was threatened with death for talking. The conspirators sent killers to murder him, but they mistakenly killed his brother in a bar. His uncle was also shot at when he tried to investigate. Benevides must say Oswald did it to continue his life.
ID of Tippit assassin is: kind of chunky, bushy hair, kind of short, white or cream colored pants and shirt.
POSITIVE ID MATCH: David Sanchez Morales.
David Sanchez Morales was a CIA assassin. He is on the lawn across the street from the Kennedy assassination on the Zapruder film. he is standing next to a tall CIA man named Gordon Campbell. Morales is wearing light or white clothes with a black platted bullet proof vest, and giving arm signal. Later, both are pictured at the RFK assassination.
Guess from here, based on his behavior and words at home that morning, and his actions thereafter.....and the fact I believe strongly members of the Dallas D.A.s office and the Dallas PD were main characters in the assassination plot...is that Tippit was assigned to kill Oswald when he appeared. The patsy was supposed to die. That's why he was out of his patrol area, and in the one Oswald lived in. Was the pistol in Oswald's possession the Tippit killer?
"The Dallas police were main characters in the plot....the patsy (Oswald) was suppose to die"
?????
So there are the Dallas Police in the movie theatre chasing an ARMED SUSPECT in the KILLING of a FELLOW COP....and even though Oswald pulls a gun and fights with them, they merely arrest him and take him into custody?
Benavides looks like a narc. He sounds like he's lying. Why's he smiling the whole time? He actually kind of looks like "Tippit." Callaway can't even maintain eye contact with the reporter.
Hilarious! ..."Benevides looks like Tippet"!....there are conspiracy clowns that think the "Tippit looks like Kennedy" and that Tippet is buried in JFK's coffin!
I guess all you needs is 2 eyes and a mouth for some to say that people look alike!
Read Jim Douglass' JFK and the unspeakable. This book is excellent and goes way beyond the details of the assassination and gives a complete anatomy of a conspiracy.
Stop with the silliness. Just read Bugliosi's book with an open mind and take your meds, you will start feeling better about everything. Yes, Bugliosi is reputable, check out his bio. He actually did something excellent in his life, unlike the jerks who write conspiracy book after conspiracy book.
@MegaDougW : Bugloisi just makes me laugh - he keeps adhering to the lona assassin theory more than three decades after the Warren Commission report was overturned by the HSCA
@LoneNutter1 It concluded that there was a 95 per cent chance of a conspiracy. That implicitly overturns the WC report. And if it doesn't, what was the point of holding the inquiry?
@supportme123 It's crystal clear you haven't read the Warren Report OR the HSCA report. The Warren Report never said there was no conspiracy. They said they didn't find any evidence of one. The HSCA used the acoustic data that said there were 4 shots fired in Dealey Plaza. It also said the recording of the shots came from HB McClain's motorcycle and they said they could locate the position of his motorcycle based on the acoustic "fingerprint". They were 100% wrong. It's been conclusively shown
@LoneNutter1 Please, stop playing semantic tricks - legally there is no difference between "saying there was no conspiracy" and "finding no evidence of conspiracy". As for the HSCA, you seem to want it both ways - support the conclusions of an official enquiry when it fits your theory, reject it where it doesn't. It was precisely because the WC report contained so many gaps, half-truths and misleading conclusions that the HSCA was set up.
@supportme123 by the examination of the film taken in Dealey Plaza during the assassination that McClain could not have been in the spot where the acoustic scientists said he would have to be. He was 170 feet away from where they said he would be.The HSCA report supported the findings of the Warren Commission and an no way, shape or form overturned their findings.
In the future, have a rumor of a clue before you go spreading the crap the CT'ers have been pumping out for the past 50 years.
@supportme123 The HSAC was formed to investigate the constant noise from the conspiracy nuts. In the end, nothing of any significance was uncovered and they came to same conclusion the Warren Commission did. Oswald did it.
Please, stop wasting time spewing out the same old uninformed conspiracy balderdash that's been de-bunked decades ago. Do yourself a favor and read something that's non-conspiratoral about the assassination. You'll learn more than by just focusing on conspiracy books.
@supportme123 Okay, did you read the book? The JFK murder boils down to three areas, the evidence, which cannot all have been faked, only in a fantasy world or in Oliver Stone's mind can this happen, not in the real world of police solving crimes, and the backgrounds of Lee Oswald and Jack Ruby. The book goes into great depth in both backgrounds. Oswald was a "lost boy" like most of the conspiracy nerds on here, and Jack Ruby had organic brain damage from some point in his earlier life.
@MegaDougW If only the "real world of police solving crimes" had applied in the JFK murder! We would have had a proper murder inquiry, and not one conducted before an LBJ-appointed committee, none of whom had any qualifications and experience in forensics. Instrad, they truncated the inquiry as soon as Oswald was shot - since when does a criminal investigation automatically come to a halt just because the principal suspect dies?
@supportme123 By Saturday afternoon after the shooting on Friday, the Dallas Police and the Sheriff's office knew Oswald was the guilty party from a variety of standpoints. He was caught in proveable lies one after the other, and the evidence against him was huge. The Dallas doctors were not conducting an autopsy, they were trying to resuscitate the President, it was too late. Oswald's background was extensively looked into, which if anything fit with the evidence to prove his guilt.
@LongLiveOx First of all, it is not ridiculously long, it is exhaustive and complete. It is as long as it needed to be, to put to bed all the stupid theories that have caused people to waste years of their lives believing lies. I never said it was accurate because of its length, I believe it is accurate because of the serious scholarship of the author and his insight into solving crimes. Most conspiracy nuts never read anything but conspiracy stuff.
@MegaDougW - Hey, you wouldn't happen to also post under the name "BaronVonSchtupp88" would you? He's also suspiciously dismissive of "conspiracy nuts" and posts rambling, long-winded comments, always citing the "evidence," but conspicuously ignoring any investigation into who the members of the Warren Commission were, and if they had any agendas to push or axes to grind.
@LongLiveOx No, I don't post any other name. I know all about the various members of the Warren Commission, the idea that any of them would knowingly be accessories to murder of the chief executive and then cover it up after the fact is sheer nonsense. These were among the most trusted men in the country at the time. The picture we have of JFK today is often distorted. By people like Olive Stone and the conspiracy nuts. All you need to do is look at the backgrounds of Oswald and Ruby, period.
So many nitwits and no life dweebs who want to impress with dramatic "knowledge" that only THEY have, or which has been covered up. If you can ask your parents for a bit of cash, go buy "The Kennedy Detail", which has just come out. Don't waste any more of your time looking at bogus films, read books by reputable, keyword is reputable authors, not cranks. That's not even believable. Look at the coat and shirt again. He was not wearing the coat over his head. Even if the coat rode up the shirt would not. . If you can't see these rifles are different, Youtube Oswald two rifles. I have a life and I don't live it with my eyes closed. I'm sure you would like the world to be like you want it to be, but you can't bully it that way.
All you stupid idiots need to read, "Reclaiming History" and be done with your sappy comments about JFK or this tiresome baloney about seeing conspiracies everywhere. That anyone with any facts and a brain in their head could say it all seemed scheduled would have to be a total imbecile.
@MegaDougW Look at the first section of pictures and on the first few pages of your glorious book "Reclaiming History you'll see two pictures of oswald's rifle. They are Not even the same rifle. The strap mounts are different.
Look at where the bullet holes are in Jfk's shirt and coat. There is NO way that bullet came out his throat.
@rozoffaolcom The difference in the apparent position of the holes is related to what he was doing at the time he was shot. His jacket was hunched up because he was waving. Get a grip. As for the rifle strap stays, what I see is the same position. Get a life, Buddy.
Forget about the bullet holes in his jacket and shirt. Look at the autopsy photos of Kennedy's back wounds. No way the bullet exited his throat unless he was bent over mooning the crowd at the time he was shot.
it seems to be a scheduled plan the day when JFK got murderd. In all material i have seen it seems to me that it was a planned kill on this man. I hope one day that this tragic event will be solved. I was 3 years old when this happend and still i remembers it.
Yeah!!! That's just GREAT!. This is from the CBS 4 part special in June 1967....and right when Benevides is about to say that it was Oswald he saw (the key issue)...CUT OFF THE VIDEO!...the old conspiracy theorist editing trick....NICE!
This man's look-alike brother, Eddie Benavides, was murdered-gunshot to head- in Feb. 1964, possibly mistaken for this witness, Domingo Benavides. Also, another witness to escape of Tippit's killer, Harold Russell, was murdered by cop in bar fight. It seems that lots of persons who fit description of witnesses got killed. Capt Frank Martin, Dallas Police - saw Oswald shot, got sudden cancer & dead in 6/66, Mary Pinchot Meyer, JFK's other gal, murdered 10/64 -killer let off by LBJ buddy judge.
I just came from out there and at this very scene! After checking everything out, it has become even clearer to me that Oswald was set up. However, I am still not clear on if he was set up and did nothing or was involved and got left holding the bag.
@knowledgeiswhatsup The two best inverstigators of the JFK case, Jim Garrison and Col Prouty, both said Oswald was working for the CIA doing intel work. Oswald was conducting experiments into liquids that quickly cause cancer with a woman nurse. That video series is on Youtube.
Oswald was also apparently being run by an FBI chief who told Oswald to meet with Clay Shaw to infiltrate an assassination attempt. They were actually setting Oswald up to be the patsey to blame it all on.
@knowledgeiswhatsup I don't believe LHO fired any shots at all. He was set up very cleverly. I don't use the word "clever" to boost those responsible.
@TheAmbassador11: Why do you believe that LHO never fired a shot? He had to have been into something. Not to say thaat there was toomuch evidence, but the evidence looked as such that they assumed or knew that he would not be alive to challenge it. However, the key thing is LHO carrying the brown paper bag on that day. That is a key thing to get him to do.
@knowledgeiswhatsup The evidence was circumstancial.Yes, he was into something but it wasn't as an assassin. I know the evidence says the he did but here are so many unanswered questions. I do believe he carried a brown bag but does that mean there was a rifle in it? You say that "they" knew he would not be around to challenge the evidence against him. Isn't that what a trial is for? Oswald's guilt was indeed presumed based on circumstances with no lawyer present.
@Verdelufe See how the interview doesn't mention a description of the man who killed Tippet?
Apparently they had someone else kill this policeman with the hopes that when the police arrested Oswald for the JFK assassination, a cop would be so angry he would shoot Oswald.
Oswald was also working for the CIA conducting research to find a cancer causing liquid for used on Castro. They could never get close enough to Fidel, but the CIA probably uses the cancer liquid on other people to this day.
@WJCairns True, it is something to consider when studying these higher levels of corruption.
There is factual proof that Lee Harvery Oswald was doing cancer-causing research fior the US govt in a a 5 part video series you can see on Youtube entitled
TMWKK, The Final Chapter, ep.8
It was scheduled to be shown on American TV but at the last minute it was canceled and banned by some group in America with great influence and big money.
@WJCairns How does Ruby dying on Jan 03,1967 constitute (THREE YEARS after the assassination) your use of the word "suddenly" or do you know exactly what day his cancer manifested itself? Are you an oncologist that knows the workings of cancer developing in the human body?
Not a single witness's testimony matches the finding of the Warren Commission, your "evidence" to prove your Lone Nut Theory doesn't exist and had to be fabricated by the CIA Masterminds who pulled this operation off...
@Obelisk2290 Ok, but shouldn't the courts have decided that? Let me say this; a lot of things would have come out had there been a trial. A lot of people would have been exposed. Oswald knew a lot. As in any trial, you can never assume anything. No lawyer present during his interrorgation? He answered questions, ( not all of course ) that he really did not have to respond to.
@TheAmbassador11 Agreed, ruby was unhinged too, yet LHO only wanted mr Abt to represent him. Also the majority of his answeres have been proven to be lies
What's hilarious is that even though witnesses identified LHO in the Tippit shooting, conspiracy kooks will quibble over the shade of tan or greyish-tan that the witnesses perceived his windbreaker to be. This brings insanity to new levels.
@sudaev I don't listen to conspiracy nut-balls anymore. They latch on to the STUPIDEST pieces of incidental information. They seem to all be suffering from a lack of critical thinking. Now I understand that the Sept.11th nut-balls believe that cell phone calls from doomed airliners were simulated by the government. As if a parent wouldn't know their own child's voice? These people make me sick!
@FrightwoIf!!!!??My balls on your nose would make a nice pair of Ray-Bans,but i don't think it is stupid, neither makes me sick...please remove your stupid+ignorant comments, dumbwolf !!keep the sunglasses as a gift, and fuck off..........
@aligoulou LOL I accuse conspiracy nut-balls of being shallow and stupid...and then you go and confirm it by posting this? Let me ask you something, Quazimotto: what are you gonna do when there's a REAL government conspiracy?
@sudaev At least two of these witnesses - Markham and Calloway - gave totally contradictory accounts of the shooter's appearance and clothing. Other witnesses who saw TWO shooters at the scene (e.g. Ms Clemmons) were conveniently ignored by the Warren Commission.
@sudaev Not true - Mrs. Aquilla Clemmons told Mark Lane that she saw two shooters. Yet the Warren Commission refused to interview her - how convenient!. Also, Helen Markham was the most unreliable of witnesses - she said, for example, that Tippett was alive and talking to her until the ambulance picked him up, which is preposterous and contradicted by all the other eyewitnesses.
Clemons stated in a publication, the "New Leader", that she saw 2 men. She said nothing about them shooting. When Lane interviewed her 2 yrs later, she claims one of them shot Tippit. That's quite an omission.
Her description of the gunman to Lane was disturbingly similar to the one that Lane tried to put into Markham's mouth. Lane would not discuss any of this during a debate.
Two Columbia U researchers who interviewed Clemons said that her account was rather vague and were not impressed.
@footlover400 Well, maybe... but Mrs Clemmons was interviewed by him and she did stress that there were two shooters... I can't really see that being invented or faked... Obviously if there is any evidence to the contrary I will readily retract!
The guy you see right now being interviewed is Benevides. Read his testimony. He walked away to his moms house, opposite to the killer, and than returned for his truck. Benevides is that 2nd guy.
Benevides also said the shooter had somewhat curly hair and face was ruddy. Just like Clemmons said. The Oswald impersonator was Donald Wayne House. He drove a black Ford. A man observed a black Ford driving from the Gen. Walker shooting. House is on Youtube.
@footlover400 Lane is more truthful and reliable than members of the WC . Except member Hale Boggs.
Within a year before Boggs (D) House Leader was assassinated in a plane over Alaska, he had stated to an aide "Hoover lied his eyes out to the Commission - on Oswald, on Ruby, on their friends, the bullets, the gun, you name it".
-
On Youtube search, put in: je hoover.
This pervert was in every sense a criminal. Refused to go after the mafia. They had a homo sucking pic of his FBI buddy and him.
Domingo's father-in-law, J.W. Jackson, was so unimpressed with the police investigation of Eddy's death that he launched a little inquiry of his own. Two weeks later Jackson was shot at in his home. The assailant secreted himself in the carport, fired once into the house, and when Jackson ran outside, fired one more time, just missing his head. a police car coming down the block made no attempt to follow the gunman's car; instead, he spent a long time inquiring what had happened.
In mid-February 1964 his brother Eddy, who resembled him, was fatally shot in the back of the head in a beer joint on Second Avenue in Dallas. Police said it was a pistol shot, wrote up a cursory report and marked the case "unsolved."
He was not asked to see the police lineup in which Oswald appeared. Although he later said the killer resembled newspaper pictures of Oswald, he described the man differently: "I remember the back of his head seemed like his hairline sort of went square instead of tapered off it kind of went down and squared off and made his head look flat in back." Domingo reports that he has been repeatedly threatened by police, and advised not to talk about what he saw.

I read it, well "Four Days In November", really enjoyed it. But then I read J W Douglass "JFK And The Unspeakable", you should check that one out.
capetown99 1 year ago
@MegaDougW Look at the first section of pictures and on the first few pages of your glorious book "Reclaiming History you'll see two pictures of oswald's rifle. They are Not even the same rifle. The strap mounts are different.
Look at where the bullet holes are in Jfk's shirt and coat. There is NO way that bullet came out his throat.
rozoffaolcom 1 year ago
@rozoffaolcom The difference in the apparent position of the holes is related to what he was doing at the time he was shot. His jacket was hunched up because he was waving. Get a grip. As for the rifle strap stays, what I see is the same position. Get a life, Buddy.
MegaDougW 1 year ago
@MegaDougW
Forget about the bullet holes in his jacket and shirt. Look at the autopsy photos of Kennedy's back wounds. No way the bullet exited his throat unless he was bent over mooning the crowd at the time he was shot.

@MegaDougW I would hope that regardless of your views, it could be expressed without name calling. State you position and move on. Thank you.

it seems to be a scheduled plan the day when JFK got murderd. In all material i have seen it seems to me that it was a planned kill on this man. I hope one day that this tragic event will be solved. I was 3 years old when this happend and still i remembers it.

Yeah!!! That's just GREAT!. This is from the CBS 4 part special in June 1967....and right when Benevides is about to say that it was Oswald he saw (the key issue)...CUT OFF THE VIDEO!...the old conspiracy theorist editing trick....NICE!
pajasa62 1 year ago

However, I am still not clear on if he was set up and did nothing or was involved and got left holding the bag.
knowledgeiswhatsup 1 year ago
@knowledgeiswhatsup The two best inverstigators of the JFK case, Jim Garrison and Col Prouty, both said Oswald was working for the CIA doing intel work. Oswald was conducting experiments into liquids that quickly cause cancer with a woman nurse. That video series is on Youtube.
Oswald was also apparently being run by an FBI chief who told Oswald to meet with Clay Shaw to infiltrate an assassination attempt. They were actually setting Oswald up to be the patsey to blame it all on.

@Rockguitarnow Good knowledge on the case. Very interesting,
TheAmbassador11 1 year ago
@knowledgeiswhatsup I don't believe LHO fired any shots at all. He was set up very cleverly. I don't use the word "clever" to boost those responsible.
TheAmbassador11 1 year ago
@TheAmbassador11: Why do you believe that LHO never fired a shot? He had to have been into something. Not to say thaat there was toomuch evidence, but the evidence looked as such that they assumed or knew that he would not be alive to challenge it. However, the key thing is LHO carrying the brown paper bag on that day. That is a key thing to get him to do.
knowledgeiswhatsup 1 year ago
@knowledgeiswhatsup The evidence was circumstancial.Yes, he was into something but it wasn't as an assassin. I know the evidence says the he did but here are so many unanswered questions. I do believe he carried a brown bag but does that mean there was a rifle in it? You say that "they" knew he would not be around to challenge the evidence against him. Isn't that what a trial is for? Oswald's guilt was indeed presumed based on circumstances with no lawyer present.
TheAmbassador11 1 year ago
UNBELIEVABLE !!!! - Did not ask him how the guy who shot Tippit looks like.
Verdelufe 1 year ago
@Verdelufe See how the interview doesn't mention a description of the man who killed Tippet?
Apparently they had someone else kill this policeman with the hopes that when the police arrested Oswald for the JFK assassination, a cop would be so angry he would shoot Oswald.
Oswald was also working for the CIA conducting research to find a cancer causing liquid for used on Castro. They could never get close enough to Fidel, but the CIA probably uses the cancer liquid on other people to this day.
Rockguitarnow 1 year ago
@Rockguitarnow And of course we must remember how suddenly Jack Ruby contracted cancer...
WJCairns 1 year ago
@WJCairns True, it is something to consider when studying these higher levels of corruption.
There is factual proof that Lee Harvery Oswald was doing cancer-causing research fior the US govt in a a 5 part video series you can see on Youtube entitled
TMWKK, The Final Chapter, ep.8
It was scheduled to be shown on American TV but at the last minute it was canceled and banned by some group in America with great influence and big money.
So much for America's supposed free press.
Rockguitarnow 1 year ago
@WJCairns How does Ruby dying on Jan 03,1967 constitute (THREE YEARS after the assassination) your use of the word "suddenly" or do you know exactly what day his cancer manifested itself? Are you an oncologist that knows the workings of cancer developing in the human body?

@Rockguitarnow You the first one who noticed, go and see
at Youtube too - Tippet Murder Witness Ted Calloway - the same
100% Proof of conspiracy. Go to "Badge Man at Grassy Knoll"

2 men, one wears cowboy hat, the other to his left in a lower
position also wears a hat, this one holds a rifle leaning on the
fence going thru the cowboy shoulder and the tip of the rifle
is at his cheek. Please if you see some Post it !! GOOD LUCK !!

@Obelisk2290,
Not a single witness's testimony matches the finding of the Warren Commission, your "evidence" to prove your Lone Nut Theory doesn't exist and had to be fabricated by the CIA Masterminds who pulled this operation off...
DavidAtleePhilips 1 year ago
@Obelisk2290 You've heard of "due process",correct? No one proved in a court of law the LHO killed anyone.
TheAmbassador11 1 year ago
@TheAmbassador11 if he wasnt killed LHO would either be executed served life in jail
Obelisk2290 1 year ago
@Obelisk2290 Ok, but shouldn't the courts have decided that? Let me say this; a lot of things would have come out had there been a trial. A lot of people would have been exposed. Oswald knew a lot. As in any trial, you can never assume anything. No lawyer present during his interrorgation? He answered questions, ( not all of course ) that he really did not have to respond to.
TheAmbassador11 1 year ago
@TheAmbassador11 Agreed, ruby was unhinged too, yet LHO only wanted mr Abt to represent him. Also the majority of his answeres have been proven to be lies

What's hilarious is that even though witnesses identified LHO in the Tippit shooting, conspiracy kooks will quibble over the shade of tan or greyish-tan that the witnesses perceived his windbreaker to be. This brings insanity to new levels.
sudaev 1 year ago
@sudaev I don't listen to conspiracy nut-balls anymore. They latch on to the STUPIDEST pieces of incidental information. They seem to all be suffering from a lack of critical thinking. Now I understand that the Sept.11th nut-balls believe that cell phone calls from doomed airliners were simulated by the government. As if a parent wouldn't know their own child's voice? These people make me sick!

@aligoulou LOL I accuse conspiracy nut-balls of being shallow and stupid...and then you go and confirm it by posting this? Let me ask you something, Quazimotto: what are you gonna do when there's a REAL government conspiracy?
FrightwoIf 1 year ago
@sudaev At least two of these witnesses - Markham and Calloway - gave totally contradictory accounts of the shooter's appearance and clothing. Other witnesses who saw TWO shooters at the scene (e.g. Ms Clemmons) were conveniently ignored by the Warren Commission.
WJCairns 1 year ago
@WJCairns - Nobody saw two shooters. Get real. As to a couple of descrepancies, that happens all the time with multiple witnesses.
This is insane, lol.
sudaev 1 year ago

Two Columbia U researchers who interviewed Clemons said that her account was rather vague and were not impressed.
sudaev 1 year ago
@WJCairns I don't relly consider Mark Lane to be very reliable either.
footlover400 1 year ago
@footlover400 Well, maybe... but Mrs Clemmons was interviewed by him and she did stress that there were two shooters... I can't really see that being invented or faked... Obviously if there is any evidence to the contrary I will readily retract!
WJCairns 1 year ago
@WJCairns She did see 2 guys.
10Faenor 1 year ago
@footlover400 Lane is more truthful and reliable than members of the WC . Except member Hale Boggs.
Within a year before Boggs (D) House Leader was assassinated in a plane over Alaska, he had stated to an aide "Hoover lied his eyes out to the Commission - on Oswald, on Ruby, on their friends, the bullets, the gun, you name it".

CBS News 1968, this is from. Any questions about the brother's murder or was it a total whitewash?
TrueNovice 2 years ago
Domingo's father-in-law, J.W. Jackson, was so unimpressed with the police investigation of Eddy's death that he launched a little inquiry of his own. Two weeks later Jackson was shot at in his home. The assailant secreted himself in the carport, fired once into the house, and when Jackson ran outside, fired one more time, just missing his head. a police car coming down the block made no attempt to follow the gunman's car; instead, he spent a long time inquiring what had happened.
themeaningoflife38 2 years ago
In mid-February 1964 his brother Eddy, who resembled him, was fatally shot in the back of the head in a beer joint on Second Avenue in Dallas. Police said it was a pistol shot, wrote up a cursory report and marked the case "unsolved."
themeaningoflife38 2 years ago
He was not asked to see the police lineup in which Oswald appeared. Although he later said the killer resembled newspaper pictures of Oswald, he described the man differently: "I remember the back of his head seemed like his hairline sort of went square instead of tapered off it kind of went down and squared off and made his head look flat in back." Domingo reports that he has been repeatedly threatened by police, and advised not to talk about what he saw.
