i painted a pc controler but when i added the clear coat, it started to make wrinkles!

@MosterHamster It started to wrinkle because the paint wasnt fully dry, the surface may be dry but paint under it could still be wet. So when you add the clear coat, the under paint starts to bubble! Wait a full day after painting then add clear coat.
