I guess the video starts at the offsides, but this was unbelieveable. Hooking, followed by slashing (why the stick is on the ground), followed by offsides by a good six inches... Does the NHL want Detroit to win so badly that they are willing to make it so obvious?
Dupuis broke his own stick. As far as the 'hooking' goes, it was certainly of lesser magnitude than the trip Malkin put on Kronwall to spring himself on that breakaway in game one, or the slash Gill put on Helm in the same game.
@gotchabari You serious? This is the game where the NHL withdrew Malkin's MANDATORY one game suspension. This was also the series where the Pens had too many men on the ice for a full minute and a half. You claim a questionable offsides call as one sidedness?
