Walking up Stairs With POTS

i have it as well and when i stand it nearly reaches 100 b/m. and when i start running it neaerly reaches 200 b/m and over! i usually would get a headache from walking upstairs. the pressure at the side of my head is awful!!!

my heart rate jumps from 50 to 160 just sitting up in bed. i wish i just had the ability to get up to pee. unlike most poepl my blood pressure goes up too. not down like most. 75/45 bp jumps almost immediatly to 160/117 on average just from sitting up. if i stand it gets so high my eyes go blood shot and i start havin heart attack symptoms. so far this illness has givein me 7 mild heart attacks and 2 major ones in the course of a year. dr. says heart failure is enevidable for me.
