actually okay naman siya,,, needs improvement lang siguro ang technique sa liftings ug basket tosses.. pero safety first gyud, kei ala raba mats sa performance area... better perfect the basics first... in no time, you'll have a better performance... God Bless!

excuSe mE chifangGa.. do u know that CHEERLEADING is more on STUNTS???? and as wAt u hav seen n the video.. it was morE on stunts.. unlike CHEERDANCE mOre on dAnce.. i know ur a dancer but u DONT have enuf KNOWLEDGE in other field of dancing.. ACCEPT THE TRUTH THAT THEY ARE THE CHAMPIONS..

i dont think so f this video is more on stunts! maybe they have, BUT they are not following the rules the 1st is the time limit... it must be not les than or greter than 5MINS.. but as you can see... it is more than 5mins of der pe4mance.. they are not follwing the RULES.. they said no twist when droping... but again.. violating the R... sabi pa sa isang comment my MJ at my NO BODY ba ang CHEERLEADING.. bka field demo yan?

FIELD DEMO?? ahaha.. wat a joke!! in CHEERLEADING twist drop, cradle drop and summer solt drop are allowed as long as no 1 wud fall.. it means safety first.. Nice performance guys! sa wakas nkabawi rin kayo! ok ang oerformance nyo! pero medyo d sumonod sa mga rules! kasi dapat 5mins lng but lagpas na ehh then mdyo over sa props.. try nyo kaya search NCC Cheerleading 2009! this is only a comment ha! every1 is free to express here! ryt?
