well MetroPCS IS known for diahrea comparable customer service.. i been waiting on a refund for over a month, before you call they said you gotta calculate the time difference in time zone. and their god damn phone customer service... you have to trick the damn machine to let you speak to a human.

Then, think to yourself, "your a machine, no you cant" and then say "customer service" and then it'll connect you to a rep. it aint rocket science
