Chords. Verse: Amin, Emaj, Amin. Chorus: Cmaj, Amaj, Dmaj, Gmaj, Cmaj. It's pretty obvious where the transitions are once you try it.

Got the chord pattern from some sheet music, but otherwise it's improvised by ear.
