GaleCrafts did a tutorial on this and used Pledge (wlth Future) [acrylic floor shine] instead of re-inker and just glitter. I tried it, and it works AMAZINGLY well!!
It's a clear liquid, uses precious little to coat the inside, and for a normal-sized ornament, I used less than 1/6 of a Martha Stewart small container of glitter. The other bonus is that you don't have to match colors - the color of the glitter is the color of the ornament!
