Yes, OpenSUSE will know you are using Windows XP and it can configure your PC to make you able to switch between OpenSUSE and Windows

Download the 32 bit ISO off the site, burn it to a CD using a program like imgburn, and then reboot with the cd in your cd drive. Voila.
