too bad the ram runner will never come close to the league the raptor is in. theyre obviously gunna use the 5.7, cuz dodge is just too lazy to make a new motor specifically for this car, which means its already at a disadvantage compared to fords 6.2. plus theyre using a 4 door, wtf were they thinking? not only is that almost 700-1000 more pounds on the truck, but it also makes it longer. pretty sure their suspension is less travel too. the trucks wont compare, dodge doesnt know what theyre doin

@Qball914 noooo you dont know what your talking about since the raptor svt is the comparable to the ram runner not the xt since its a 100 grand but the dodge has more travel then the ford its better looking a better truck, and when you get stage 2 you get new exhaust and new cold air intake. put a chip and you'll have similar hp to the ford. what you should do is get more research idiot. the dodge is called the raptor slayer for a reason. btw all you need is any 09-11 dodge to do this MORON

Ram Runner is a badass truck, period. I would take that over a Raptor any day. Much respect to Ford for not being scared to build one. It's your turn Dodge.

Please build this truck and give it a split personality. Soft, great in the snow and good for everyday while being able to put the Ford to shame; they've already done that with the looks on this concept. Quit this "available in the mopar catalog" crap and sell a turn-key vehicle.

@hummerinator Dodge is a Chrysler Product, Dodge trucks are not sold in Europe. However Jeep is also a Chrysler product that has a very large market in Europe. Jeep is releasing the "Gladiator". A pick up truck designed around the Wrangler Unlimited. Dodge doesn't want Jeep to build the Gladiator because it will hurt Ram. "Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne said that Jeep will introduce a “multipurpose” vehicle that will have a pickup truck-like bed in the back." Also be available in Europe.

@hummerinator fwd charger? The charger was moved to Fwd omni platform 30 years ago it later recieved a turbocharger and was tuned by carroll shelby.Then stoped then started again in the early 2000s you need to read Allpar

@cchanderson it wouldn't hurt the Ram too much, it would more so be direct competition for the Dakota, and they could even make it a little smaller than the Dakota, so people who want a smaller mid size truck can get the Jeep, and people who want a larger mid size truck can buy the Dakota

Well, if you all have a raptor and it is supposedly better why not post some videos of things like this? Actually show folks what it can do. I personally think it won't keep up with the Runner. That and all the videos I just looked up pale in comparison to a lot of the Dodge videos.
