I have the same caliber 469 movement it has in my pretty little pink dial Orient Tri-Star, and have it regulated with a timegrapher to no more than 0.02 ms beat error, and not more than 3 or 4 seconds per/day rate error and that is from dial up to crown right postures. I can't get any of the Seiko 7S26's quite that tightly regulated. I think any of the movements will always need some regulation when you get them, they just don't take the time to make sure that they are given enough TLC OOTB.
@ndragos87 The rotor does make a bit of noise when it winds. It's a little louder than other autos but I wonder if that's because of the efficiency of Orients self-winding system. Total speculation, of course.
