  • Cont..... If my good fiend's throat had been cut in my own living quarters. Maybe Americans react differently to these circumstances and not like us Europeans ;)

  • @MentosMan727... Im european buddy and kinda sitting on the fence with for my conclusion on this case. Although i think there was no tangible evidence to tie amanda to the death there are some suspicious points of note ie. Why would she tell the authorities that the black fella patrick was involved in the first place. Also her behaviour throughout the whole trial could be likened to that of a mental patient on happy pills, i mean, doing cartweels??? Not the way my behaviour would portray itself

  • I've done a lot of reading about this case, started right after the first trial. I've seen every documentary and noteworthy news report pertaining to the case that I could find. I really cannot understand why so many Europeans think she is guilty. Drug fueled satanist sex orgy? Reaaaaalllly? That's the kind of shit you say when you don't actually have a motive, evidence, or a case. Hit me with it Euros: Why is Amanda Knox guilty?

  • Poxy Knox!; here comes the appeal!! about time too!

  • @1dantom JAAAAAAAAH! YOU IDIOT u think the US is going to lead the fucking prosecution to take amanda back to italy? comeee oon bastard..

  • very sad to see what she has suffered but glad it is all over for her now...

  • wow it shocks me how dead set on their judgement people are on this comment page. Look yes she did some things that were questionable BUT there was no CONCLUSIVE proof that she did anything.

  • Amanda Knox: The 21st Century's very own Lizzie Borden.

  • @GlowWorm1962 ...or karla homolka

  • Glad to gave you back home, Amanda! Now hurry up and forget all that Italian (you're not going back to that dungeon). If you crave Italian food there are at least eight "little Italys" in the U.S.

  • @anastasia2657

If all these people are discredited as you say, then, by definition, you cannot possibly trust them.

And how is it that you think Raffaele was discredited? He said he was not guilty and he was believed by the court. This is quite the opposite of discredit.

So I'm not sure what your point is. Maybe you need a dictionary.

  • @c0uchp0tat0e1

The judge said no such thing.

He said that the court cannot produce the "real" truth, but only a version of the truth based upon the evidence presented.

You may think you know the real truth, but unless you can produce evidence, it is a worthless truth, incapable of convincing anyone.

  • @DontTrustAMan

I and everyone I know will buy any book Amanda writes and watch any movie based on such a book.

What are YOU going to do about it?

  • This appeal was won through the calumniation and discrediting of Mr. Lumumba, the prosecutor, the forensic scientists, the police, the forensic technicians, the trial judge, the interpreters (present during her interviews), all who were present at the police interviews, her Italian friends, the trial eye witnesses (at the grocery store and at the Plaza who saw her that night) , the prison administrators, and from time to time, when it suited her purposes, her Italian boyfriend.

  • People just dont buy what knox or Sellecito tries to sell otherwise you will be guilty of her making money out of this tragedy. Let her sell her story let her make a movie just dont buy it or go watch it simple. Meredith will not rest until her killers are punished and that is only possible with gods help.

  • Just in time for Halloween... A psycho killer is back wandering around the streets of Seattle.

  • nonetheless, better a guilty person roam the streets than an innocent individual spend time in prison for something he/she did not do

  • @pingdompong in this case though those two possibilities aren't options and you know it too.

  • Amanda Knox is a convicted slanderer. She accused her boss, Patrick Lumumba of murder - and did three years in prison for it. The only difference between Amanda Knox and Casey Anthony is a massive PR campaign and Donald Trump's money. Every cent Amanda Knox will make from movies, books, and interviews will drip with Meredith Kercher's blood. The judge in the second trial (Claudio Hellman) says "Amanda and Raffaele may have been involved - but we can't prove it."

  • @c0uchp0tat0e1 You judge wrong. You are definitely cold as ice if you don't feel anything when someone is having clearly her soul torn displaying cried waterfalls.

  • VERGOGNA!

  • @Giorgino788 Idiota!! Legge bene tutto....vai e guardare Perugiashock dal Franco Sfarzo...e impara!!

after meredith was butchered shows you the sheep type metality she has

also i got sick of her father during the trial with his bullsh---t

  • This is taken from Guede's skype talk with friend, it's on Perugia murder file-site. "Guede: Listen, you know I knew those girls, I knew them both, Meredith and Amanda, but nothing more, you know that. I've been to their house twice, the last time a few days before all this business, but I didn't do anything. I have nothing to do with this business. I wasn't there that evening. If they have found my fingerprints it means I must have left them there before."Amanda LIES, she knew Guede! Why to lie?

  • @1974Coconut Guede also said he had had sex with Meredith and was in the bathroom when someone else broke in and killed her, he thought about helping her but then didn't....he went to a club that night with Merediths money then ran, so yea, let's believe anything he says.

  • @TheDAT573

  • no proofs, no dna, only clues, he told lies maybe for fear, like Amanda. Clear infringements of his rights before and during the trial; for example, no one told him that his attorney worked as prosecutor in Miami district. And above all, he's been condemned to life jail, and never had the opportunity of the second degree of justice.

  • It's disgusting how they are cheering and celebrating. Have they forgotten a woman remains dead?

  • and stop thinking of police and justice system in Italy as ridicolous. You don't know what you are saying. Ridicolous is to have death penalty in 2011, and shameful to send innocent to death..........Stop it

Amanda knox is a devilish satanic murderer and will always remain so, she is free thanks to money and PR campaign. The knox family must be collective persecuted without any second thoughts.

  • amanda and casey..video coming soon..

  • @jjcatful I agree. LOL

  • @djoeandlav1 nothing at all... Amanda is white and innocent. O.J. is guilty and a negro.

  • @ModernNorseman where theres smoke theres fire..

  • @ModernNorseman Right intelligent remark!

  • @djoeandlav1 XD

  • @ModernNorseman also amanda has big boobs and is a loose bacon as well, she sucked the judges and slept with berlusconi to get released from jail

  • @taurausbull good for her! I wouldn't expect anything less from an American wench.

  • @djoeandlav1 Amanda Knox has nothing in common with those other two. Stop trying people in the court of public opinon. Everyone who was ever suspected of a crime would get hanged if that was the way we did things. That's why we have courts.

  • @44excalibur who tells you Amanda has nothing in common with those other two???it's all clear. You have decided long ago that Amanda is innocent, because she's american. You need to think Amanda innocent. You never talk about the other italian guy involved.......you're funny. Amanda accused Patrick Lumumba to be there that night; he's the barman of the place in which she served as waitress. She accused him just because he's a black?

  • @lwinnie I don't know what your problem is, but the shoddy policework, lack of reasonable(or even sane) motive, the prosecution resorting to childish name-calling("she-devil,"Nazi,") and lack of DNA evidence linking Amanda OR her boyfriend to the crime is what makes me and many others believe she's innocent. I suspect the only reason YOU think she's guilty is because you're Italian and this reflects badly on your country. But the independent experts who helped acquit her were also Italian.

  • @44excalibur I don't really mind if she's american or italian. You are transforming this trial in a fight between nations. What the hell comes to me if an innocent american is going to jail for 25ys?are you thinking that I hate americans?not at all. I've been two times in your country and I've found beautiful people. I don't know if she's innocent or guilty, I haven't any arguments to say one thing or another, but you can't deny that usa tried from the start to ridicolize italian justice.

  • @lwinnie But it wasn't American DNA experts that ridiculed the prosecution's case, it was Italian experts. I'm not trying to start a war between nations. I also know many Italians who are good and beautiful people. But all of the people on this vid are saying Amanda did it just because she's American. I just gave you an example of a British girl, Louise Woodward, who was being held here in the U.S. for killing an infant, but our courts freed her, which I also thought was the right thing to do.

  • @44excalibur It is possible that someone made mistakes, I know that other experts were also italian, btu a question that you don't answer is: who says that these experts are more reliable than the others? anyway I'm talking of the fact that in usa there has been a heavy campaign that aimed to put all italian justice under a bad light (I know for sure). I put under your attention the case of Enrico Forti. Spend time to know his story, there are many irregular facts in his trial in Florida

  • @lwinnie They are experts in their field and they pointed out that "International procedures for inspection and protocols for collection and testing of the evidence were not followed." Perugia prosecutors could only resort to what some called a medieval view of women, calling Knox a sex-obsessed "she-devil." The New York Times said "Bravo for Italy" and noted that in America Knox could even have ended up executed rather than acquitted. So I'm not attacking the Italian justice system, okay?

  • @lwinnie I could go on more about the DNA evidence not being able to link Knox to the murder, but youtube does not allow enough space. But I'm just letting you know that I'm not attacking the Italian justice system, as it finally acqitted Amanda Knox. My criticism was limited only to the prosecution, ok?

  • @44excalibur and the underline from the start that Amanda MUST be innocent. To prove that, it's 4 years that in your country people like to make us seem from the third world. Before you all accuse our system, I suggest you to watch inside your system. And you should be happy that in our country a second possibility has been given to Amanda (and also Raffaele); this second possibilty has been denied to Enrico Forti in Usa. He's been sent to life jail with a mockery trial, only with some clues

  • @lwinnie Also, let me remind you of Louise Woodward, the 19 year old British Au Pair who was convicted of killing an 8 month old baby named Matthew Eappen in Massachusetts, in the U.S. Like Amanda Knox, Woodward was imprisoned in a foreign counrty far from home, and proclaimed her innocence. An American judge reviewed the case on appeal and overturned her conviction. Woodward was set free and returned home to England to the cheers of her famliy and country. What's the difference between them?

  • @lwinnie When it's an English girl charged with the death of an infant and an American court sets her free, it's one thing. But when it's an American girl, then it's different. It can't be because the Italian police and prosecutors screwed up, or that they had even less evidence linking her to Kercher's death than there was to convict Louise Woodward. And Knox named Lumumba because the police interrogated her for hours in a language she barely understood with no lawyer present.

  • @djoeandlav1 your a fucking idiot!

  • @dickey36 Intelligent discourse!!! :)

  • @djoeandlav1 No, the killer, Rudy Guede, is behind bars. If the prosecution had a case against Amanda Knox then the independent experts wouldn't have been able to tear it to shreds. The shoddy policework did not produce any DNA evidence linking Amanda to the murder. The prosecution's ridiculous sex orgy motive sounds like something out of bad European porn. All the evidence points to Rudy Guede. Stop using political correctness as an excuse to accuse Amanda of a crime she didn't commit.

  • -- If I were Amanda's Dad, I'd be at the office door of Hillary Clinton the next morning asking for Reparations for all the trouble caused by the Italian Prosecution in that backward little mafia led country! Financial repayment for all families acquitted!

  • I've followed Amanda in prayer for months & see the Press was leaving out important information possibly purposely! This trial seems to have been delayed in the same judgement as today earlier! The powers that be seem like powers of old manipulating an incident like Amanda's as a political ploy to keep Italy in the news? God knows why, but there was a conspiracy to keep Amanda there for some reason, as even I could see the prosecution should have been jailed a long time ago for implicating her!

  • @arch37 The Italians owe Amanda Knox millions in reparations for the fowl way they treated her in this extended murder case! The government is very much at fault for the way this trial played out from day One! God damned the prosecution in that fowl city! May they get what they deserve from Jesus! -- From the way she confessed today, so honestly & admirably, I'd say she was being set up for some ulterior political reasons yet unknown to her or us!

  • "The truth will set you free"!You didn't do it!Have a safe trip home sweet heart!

  • why are you yanks saying 'if it was america this wont happen and that wont happen blah blah blah you murdered Troy Davis in cold blood! oh wait a minute he was just another black guy...

  • @craigcraigycrag exactly......That's how some Americans think...they don't!!

  • if they were innocent they why did they lie so much and try and stitch up other people?? if you had no involvement then why do all this??

  • @craigcraigycrag Because Amanda was grilled and interrogated for hours without legal counsel in a language that she did not understand. The Italian police should have had a translator and lawyer present during her interrogation, as well as contacting the U.S. embassy there. Funny how people say that interrogations in Guantanamo force people to say anything to appease thier cruel interrogators, but in Amanda's case, she's "lying" and "stiching up other people."

  • there was no legitimate evidence

  • congratulations .... MURDERER !!!

  • @kkeavo Judge not lest ye be judged! Jesus said to some...Go and learn what this meaneth...I will have mercy not sacrifice! Or the old ways of the law contradict Love and mercy!

  • @kkeavo I know treating her like she's a war hero from Iraq or Afghanistan!! She was a silly college student brat who got away with murder!!!

  • @djoeandlav1 Not even close. Sollecito and Knox were the victims of Prosecutor Mignini's witch hunt.

  • Some needs to send them all of the CSI shows on DVD so they can see how its done......just not in one hour of four days as they tried to.

  • In neither the UK nor the US could you even get an indictment to take these two to trial, much less a conviction. You need hard facts, witnesses, murder weapons, DNA, motive, etc. and without those all you have are people shopping, hugging and drawing life altering inferences from things like that. The idea that 30 days after arriving in the country and 6 days after meeting a computer science student at a classical music concert, this 20 year old with a non-violent past linked up with two guys

  • Fantastic news :)

  • I am glad they are free.... they should have never been convicted of this crime.

  • Rich yank gets off and the black fella takes the rap. Big surprise.

  • @PeteeMack exactly...how convenient. And they all lived happily ever after.......

  • wow I am sooooo glad that she is freee!

  • You can trace where people are with a mobile thats why! funny how they turn them off at the same time dont you think? im sick to death of hearing DNA this and DNA that..how about some common sense to a bullshit story..whats stopping me from getting someones comb..nicking the hair from it and committing a murder then placing the hair in the murdered victims hand! i guess they've done the murder even if they've got a solid alibi then yeah?joke...explain why she tried to frame her boss...why lie??

  • @daddyscafff The police feed her the evidence about a blackman being seen fleeing the house that night, to be left alone she lied... not an uncommon happening in these interrogations.

  • @jokerwildest oh thats nice, must of been her boss then lol, ok but why lie about being on the computer that night?, explain why they bought bleach twice that morning?, explain why they both turned mobiles off that night at the same time?...the cart wheels? standing outside her house when police arrived? ..can people stop making excuses for them, whats wrong with telling the truth?would u lie if asked a simple question and was innocent? you lie because you have something to hide..common sense.

  • @daddyscafff Still insufficient evidence was available in this case! They need more than mere suppositions to win for the prosecution!

  • @arch37 that bacward country has brought you the civilizes world and by the way contrary to what we do here they dont fry people on the chair including quite a few innocent ones

  • @daddyscafff You need an update did you stop following the case 2yrs ago, all the shit you are rattling on about was proven false... they never bought bleach (that was a complete lie). And as far as common sesne.. GET SOME...

  • @daddyscafff Go read another tabloid... IDIOT !!!

  • Comment removed

  • @ModernNorseman

I am sorry. I got your comment mixed up with with some one elses. I really am sry and I'm not lying.

  • @raptrgirl2 no problem

  • Yayyyyyy Amanda, Good for her. Fuck all you losers who have been hating on her. She was set up by the lousy Italian police and prosecution ! It was a national black eye and they knew it so finally they have admitted it and an innocent woman has been spared her life...

  • she was guilty of being innocent

  • I'm glad to see this. They framed that poor girl, no dna, no evidence. I can't believe it took 4 years. If this was in america she would've been out long ago based on the fact that they have NOTHING to convict her on.

  • This cartwheeling cunt stain of a woman walks free after buying bleach that very morning on 2 different occasions, both turned off their mobiles that night to hide where they were, boyfriend claims he was on the internet that night and wasn't when they checked and then says oh maybe she wasn't with me the whole night cos i fell asleep, and then tries to blame her boss for the killings..and to top it off they were both standing outside Kercher's house that morning!! what a lovely angelic pair.

  • @daddyscafff No, DNA evidence, no motive, Rudy Guede's DNA all over the crime scene, and the independent forensics experts ridiculing police and the prosecution's conduct of the case. But I guess the court of youtube opinion, where everyone is an armchair expert, counts more than facts. Having their cell phones turned off is supposed to prove what, that they are cheap with their phone bills?

  • well she is american and rich .so what do u expect?

  • Is there a god up there?? Can you please tell us who killed her?? If not then could you make sure they pay for this crime in this world. Italy you have denied the Kercher family justice. Hang your head in shame.

  • @DontTrustAMan Rudy Guede killed Meredith Kercher and is in jail as we speak. You don't have to ask God for anything.

  • @44excalibur Well if Knox and Cellesito was set free so will Rudy be. He is next in line for an appeal trust me.

  • @DontTrustAMan I wouldn't count on it, as Guede actually confessed to his involvement in the crime. Why they reduced his sentece to 16 years is ridiculous.

  • @44excalibur maybe you don't know very well italian laws in justice. It's not like in usa in all countries and you shouldn't judge other countries systems according to yours. There is a sort of condensed trial, without debate, in which the charged person may have his penalty reduced of one third. Knox and Sollecito condemned to 25 yrs in the first grade. Rudy to 16. IN the first grade there was "killing in league" i can't translate.

  • @lwinnie Thanks for explaining. I still think it was wrong to only give him 16 years, but thanks for clarifying the Italian legal system a little.

  • @44excalibur for the first aspect, I agree with you that 16ys for murder are so few, but I don't make laws. We have to respect a system, even if we disagree. You should think of the fact that a little girl in 2001 killed both mother and brother; she's named Erika, and now after only 10 ys of jail she will be out. She says that she miss her mother; she killed her mother..........there are many contradictory aspects in our justice system.

  • @44excalibur If he confessed did he not implicate the other two also to be at the scene? I mean then he would know.

  • @DontTrustAMan Yes, and of course he's going to say whatever he can in order to get a reduced sentence.

  • @44excalibur Terrible and tragic case. My heart goes out to the victims family. May god punish those resposible even if we cant.

  • Comment removed

  • I think that Knox is innocent, but I still think that it is wrong that the media coverage (and possibly outcome) of this court case was dictated by the age, nationality and beauty of the accused. If me, an ugly lad, was landed in the same position as Knox I would stand no chance.

  • @MrNayl0r This is the mainstream media we're talking about here. Are you actually expecting responsible coverage from them?

  • This was the best news I have heard all year. I am so happy she is coming home.

  • Meredith Kercher.

  • @TheDAT573 Yes, Meredith Kercher should always be remembered. And her killer, Rudy Guede, is in prison. No innocents should be jailed for his crime.

  • @44excalibur Not guilty doesn't mean innocent.

  • @TheDAT573 Oh please, and because you say so doesn't mean guilty, either. According to you, everyone who was ever accused of a crime was guilty of it, so why bother having trials by jury at all? Go from arrest straight to execution for you, huh? The Italian justice system worked. The prosecution couldn't make its case, and the independent experts showed they had no evidence to convict her. Innocent until PROVEN guilty, remember?

  • she won't be able to handle freedom, she'll kill herself like him in shawshank redemption

  • @ghodium she wont be able to handle all the changes that happened since 2009. These new ipads and samsungs, youtube is now full of adverts that pop up, and warm weather in October. She'll kill herself for sure, it's too much.

  • @BVargas78 fer sure you speak my language, same wavelength beyond a doubt, like me you are so bloody right

  • Can't completely explain her behavior but with no motive, no DNA and disputed murder weapon she should never have been in prison in the first place. It would have been virtually impossible for either of them to have been at the scene of the murder.

I feel sorry for the Kerchers but taking the lives away from two more innocents wasn't going to bring their daughter back.

  • AMERICA FUCK YEAH USA USA #1 Italy is our little bitch whore. Good little bitch Italy get on your knees and suck the big American cock......lol. As for the rest of the world let this be a lesson for you, know your place. When an American foes it, its not illegal

  • @zippy476 You're an idiot.

  • a fish is an animal that knows how to swim

  • About time.

  • she won't be able to handle freedom, she'll kill herself like him in shawshank redemption

  • I hope when she does her tour , TV appearances , book, etc somebody has the sense to get her to do a Polygraph test with leading expert (at least 2 or more independent tests), if she is really innocent she should pass them easily.

  • @CloudsBeyond If she really was guilty then the DNA evidence wouldn't have been so flimsy and easily torn apart by the independent experts. Rudy Guede was the murderer.

  • @44excalibur it wasn't torn apart it was more a case of the Italian Police bungled the investigation and should have taken evidence from the scene better. I'm not saying Amanda is guilty , I am saying if she can pass MORE THAN ONE independent Polygraph test or volunteers herself to do them, it will add to convincing any doubters. Where exactly was she when the murder occured if she was not in the house? I've never heard any definite proof of where she was.

  • 10 likes, 10 dislikes, i'm pretty much on the fence, dont know enough of the facts.

  • Well, let's hope she leaves with some dignity and not use this as a gateway to fame. This is a truly tragic case.

  • i want my money back

  • The forensic experts tore apart the prosecution's case against Amanda Knox, which was based on nothing more then the prosecutions predjudices and name calling, and absurd claims of murderous sex games with no motive or DNA evidence. Rudy Guede's DNA was all over the victim and the murder scene and he's already in prison. Trying to put Amanda Knox in jail for his crime was a miscarriage of justice.

  • @44excalibur I think it obvious you fancy Amanda Knox and it is clouding your judgement. I'm sure you'll be rushing to buy her book and get it signed when she does book signings in stores. You not think it odd the film of her with her boyfriend taken right after the murder, the day after I think, and going shopping on that day for underwear. Body language experts also noted a lot of things. Again get her to do 2 or more Independent Polygraph tests with top experts (ex FBI top people).

  • @CloudsBeyond The forensic DNA experts noted the most important things, called facts, something the Italian prosecutors decided wasn't as important as name calling and accusations of bizzare sex acts and Nazi references. If you're basing your opinons on Amanda and her boyfriend's shopping habits, then you're the one who's judgement is as clouded as the prosecutor's.

  • @44excalibur those italian nitwits trying to save face. i say rub it to their face.

  • @44excalibur if it is so, you should admit that in italian justice system are protection devices in favour of the charged people. If there aren't more than certain proofs, we don't send people to jail. In the first degree of justice it seemed proofs and reconstruction were certain. Not so in the second degree. Now we go into the third degree. What you call absurd is not so absurd. Amanda wasn't innocent by default only because american. The real tragedy is kill innocent, but we don't kill.

  • @lwinnie But Amanda did get sent to jail for four years by the Italian prosecutors. It was only after the court hired independent experts to review the evidence and show the irresponsible and reprehensible job the prosecutors did that Amanda was set free. I will admit that at least the Italian court, judge, and the defense attorneys did their job admirably, just a little too late. The prosecutors were horrible.
