Hard to believe that Michael was very nearsighted and had stage fright. He never wore contacts or glasses on stage so he couldn't see how many people were watching him. It made him less self-conscious. :)

@kingofcons A few years back VH1 did a music special about the Arsenio Hall show. Arsenio had pretty eclectic music taste. He went out of his way to book hot rock, r&b, and rap acts that popular with the youth but weren't getting on late-night TV. He broke Radiohead on national American TV. I remember seeing Megadeth on the show. Dave Mustaine and Arsenio had a long, awesome chat about alienated youth. Johnny Carson and Letterman weren't doing that. Man, I miss this show.
