To get the most out of Samsung N140 (or ANY Atom N270-based netbook) you really should upgrade your ram to 2GB..

I dont know about you. To me I feel if it was XP, it would be faster. Windows 7 seems sluggish for this netbook. I think you should try and get this netbook with xp sp3 not windows 7. Been using it for a few days now, and feeling a bit of regret that I bought it with win 7.
