I'm using this cooler. I tried overclocking my Pentium Dual Core E5200 from 2500MHz to 3025MHz. The maximum temperature at full load is 58C (my room only has fan, no air conditioning unit, and I'm living in a hot country - Malaysia). I can't overclock any higher because my MB doesn't allow me to control the voltage.
@wwyk1993 PS, my computer only has a 3 coolers, one for the CPU, another for the p.s.u, and another cooling the hard disk drive, I don't have any graphics card....
This is the Hyper TX2. And yes it does perform very well. I have an AMD 4450-e overcloacked to 3.0 ghz and it does not go over 42c under full load. I have a duel core so I don't know how it will work with a quad.

It is a "no case" PC, so that cooler serves as a design element
