@TheLovely155 Jason was the son of Alan Quartermaine and Susan Moore, but she died when Jason was a baby so the only mother that Jason ever really knows is Monica. She adopted him around 1983 after Susan died. Officially he was born Jason Moore, then it became Jason Morgan Quartermaine when Monica officially adopts him, of course now it's Jason Morgan since he dropped the Q last name and kept Morgan as a way of honoring Lila, his grandmother.

Is it me or hasn't GH's A @ M always reminded you of Dallas' JR @ Sue Ellen? Both couples cheated and had the whole love hate relationship and constant custody battles. And Edward and Lila were like Jock and Ellie. Both of these shows and stories were going on at the same time so I don't think they copied either. And Dallas was CBS and GH was ABC. kinda neat that you mentioned Dallas, another great in TV history

She seemed to have a lot of energy to me running up and down that staircase. And the actress was 38 at the time so I imagine it wasn't that difficult back then for her but yes I have noticed the shortness of breath at times. What I've always noticed about Leslie is that when she walks away in a scene, she's all bowl-legged. The actress enjoys horse riding in real life so I wonder if that's responsible for her walk.

Actually, AJ was Alan's son. They all thought he was Rick's but it was proved that Alan was the father. Jason's biological mother was Susan Moore. She and Alan had an affair in 1980/81. Alan set her up in a cottage close to the Q mansion. She was later murdered (I've posted that storyline already) when she attempted to blackmail the Quartermaines.
