  • DAMN!! GET TO THE POINT ALREADY!! (4 MINUTES TOO LONG)

  • Every clip has 2 minutes of intro ... needs less introduction and more time on the movements !

  • Gifted folks preying on the fickle masses.

  • Is this overtraining guys? Just wondering...

  • Just get Optimum Nutrition's Pro Complex. Best of all worlds, has BCAA, Glutamine, whey and egg albumen, amongst other stuff.

  • 1:28

  • the most helful videos on the internet and on youtube thanx for the videos they really really help

  • WTF everybody is Super buff in this vid..

  • @WarrenKeingGaw like he said , there all top athletes.

  • which supplement is the best???

  • Essential Supplements:

    Casein Protein (Brand: Optimum Nutrition)

BCAA (Branch Chain Amino Acids)/Glutamine (Product: Scivation Xtend)

A lot of people feel that Whey Protein is an essential product, however, I disagree. During the day if you're on a 6-8 meal diet cooking whole foods can become tiresome so to help your pocket and your time replacing a meal with a Casein Protein Shake (along w/fibrous or low gyclemic carbs and healthy mono/polysaturated fats) can be very helpful since the . . .

  • Casien Protein is a "slow-acting" protein like other protein sources found in meats.

Branch Chain Amino Acids are known as the "building blocks for protein". Glutamine is an amino acid that is a natural way to help the body recover. The product I listed is supposed to be sipped on 15 minutes prior to your workout, then sipped throughout the workout and then finish the drink after the workout. Then follow your workout a meal thirty minutes afterwards.

    Other vital supplements:

  • Beta-Alanine

    Citrulline-Malate

Some people feel that mixing a Creatine Monohydrate is also another vital supplement but, I disagree.

You (or anyone else) can PM me for any further questions/explanation.

  • Also Fish Oil and Flax Seed Oil are very healthy supplements to incorporate. As well as Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA).

  • Creatine works wonders as well...

  • should i treat chest n shoulder together????

  • you don't have to but it's a certainly a good method. with all the chest exercises you do in a workout your deltoids are also being worked heavily. however in order to become a successful lifter you should always listen to your body.

a good set up for a week of lifting:

    Mon: Chest/Sh

    Tues: Back/Tr

    Wed: Rest

    Thursday: Legs/Ca

    Friday: Bi/Tri

    Sat/Sun: Rest

that's just a sample you can always tweak it towards your own specific needs.

any other questions feel free to send a message.

  • @gl514 hey what happend with the Abs? and for Mon: chest/Sh Sh means Shouldders? what are the traps?

  • @etd2000

Man, I wish I didn't make these comments, because now they're permanent. First off, I came to find out over time that the best format for a natural/drug-free lifter is full body 3x a week using the Heavy/Light/Medium scheme (and sometimes Upper/Lower to break up the routine). And even since then I've decided to do only body-weight training. Nothing wrong with lifting, I just have a genetically blessed body and can get the same results from body-weight training.

  • @etd2000

I'd say abs could be trained 2-3x a week (you don't want to overdo them if you do olympic lifts and leg training).

  • I wanna thank you for these series of videos, they are very useful and they really tell the truth about the exercises and techniques, these guys are experts in this, thank you again

  • Thanks. Damn those chicks are so hot:P

  • thanks man this help me so much
