  • @TheHesychasm I think Frankie Lymon was 1958 ;)

  • @TheHesychasm song was made by bobby day Thurston received more air play because of bobby robinson

    nyc bobby less Baltimore

  • 8 people hate puppies, rabbits, kittens, ducklings, and pandas

  • The movie Christine the posssessed 1958 Plymouth Fury..eats "Moochie" for lunch

  • your a dead man now screech!!! SPLAT!!!!

  • this song played as my car tried to kill my girlfriend

  • Hey Cunningham, Is that You?! -Moochie; Christine

  • I was 3 when this song came out. I did not realize what it was about at all - just a good song with a good beat. When my daughter was born 30 years later, it all made sense.

  • dang ur old..

  • @circusitch Awe

  • i love this song too.

  • CHRISTINE SOUNDTRACK!!!! YEAHHHHH :-)

  • Mr. Harris sang and played the piano at my 10th birthday I didnt know he was really a song writer and singer at the time I thought he was just another one of my Dads friends how nice that was!!!

  • Forte!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :) :)

  • weird i played this song today whilst telekinetically moving all the furniture around the living room.....

  • @GhostGardens hahaha You are the best

  • @GhostGardens yeah, i often do that to this song.

  • @GhostGardens MATiLDA!!

  • This Is When These Cats Still Had There Sharp Claws

  • 1983 Christine!

  • I can listen to this song over and over all day!

  • This is not a Bobby Day cover. Thurston Harris is the original.

  • @ThePurple572002 I think Harris covered it in the same year and made it a chart topper

  • Christine and Matilda

  • This song and Matilda are both wins!

  • I first heard this song in several food commercials in the 90's where a couple takes a bite of the food and they start humming this lick when they bite and chew the food and everyone follows. I love this song and whenever it comes on the radio, I always think of the 90's food commercials. Let's just get rid of these artists first; Lady Gaga, Katy Perry Bieber, Rebecca Black, Eminem, Ke$ha, and several others and it will all feel better,

  • a;ways thought this version was bobby day singing.., OOPS!

  • I just watched maltilda, in the UK

  • It makes me happy <33

  • christine ftw <3

  • MOOCHIE!

  • If this doesn't reach you, you're unreachable.

  • In the movie they made 1957s into 1958s because they couldnt find the 1958 plymouths they needed for the film

  • i love this song

  • 58' Fury baby! Love this song!

  • I think of a big red Plymouth Belvedere 1957 with its headlights on full beam...blacked out windows and a purring engine !!!

  • @wataf211110 If you're thinking of Christine, then it would be a 1958.

  • clap clap clap

  • I was so born in the wrong era, I love this!!!

  • Ahh making objects dance lol...

  • Matilda & Christine

  • I LOVE this song it my g-mas favorite song!

  • Just that '58 belvedere sitting there, with its pitch black windows, scares the shit out of me even now!

  • @JordanEmonds 1958 or 57 Plymoth Fury is what Christine was

  • @morticianman24 - yeah your right man, just googled it :P but you know what i mean ;)

  • @JordanEmonds Yeah..Know what ya mean lol why i know so much about it is because i have wanted one for over ten years lol

  • @morticianman24 True both years were used but the ones that were 1957's were converted to look like 58 Plymouths. However, although the book and the movie pass the Christine as a Fury, the exterior syling is styled after a Belvedere since the Fury came in only ONE color for both years. Steven King knew nothing about cars when he wrote the book and I highly dout he does now.

  • @themoparguy I Know....He Knows nothing about trucks eather.....Ever seen Maximum Overdrive.....My Grandpa owned a 58 Push Button...Only His was blue insted of Red....And King Chose that car because of the grill...That was it.....He said that the car was looked over a lot due to the 58 Chevy and 55 bel-air...So why did he write about the car? Turns out some one in his family had one and he said the grill looked spooky........Proof he knows nothing about cars.......Glad it wasnt a Pinto lol

  • @morticianman24 hahaha If a Pinto was used, I'm sure people would be laughing while watching the movie. No offense to Pinto lovers... Did it have the Powerflite (2spd.) or the Torqueflite (3spd.)? GM has always remained a favorite amongst people with Chevy as #1. I've always liked Mopars. The 1958 Plymouh especially. Interesting story on King's part. Though I find the 1959 Dodge to have a mean look to it. But I'd rather have not seen such nice cars destroyed alltogether.

  • @themoparguy I am thinking his was 3 speed....Dont know though lol was not born yet lol...Anyway i am like you Love The Dodge And Plymouths....As a matter of fact today i looked at a 69 factory 4 speed charger...Needless to say my wife had to pull me away and wipe the fome from my mouth...But the guy that owns it is going to turn it into a Dreded "Lee" Clone. :(

  • @morticianman24 I'm 20 so I wasn't around for the time either. haha But I know a thing or two about Mopars. That's a darn shame. I hate it when original cars are modified to be something they're not. After "Christine" was made, a lot of people over the years were making "Christine" clones. A 69 Charger with a factory 4spd. is something to cherish reguardles of what engines it has as long as it's no smaller than a 318 c.i.

  • Christine!!!

  • Watching Matilda now and when I hear this song it makes me dance

  • I love matilda!!!!! I used to watch it ALL the time!!!! :)

  • @vincieful that's gotta be the saddest thing I've heard today :(

  • @vincieful that's gotta be the saddest thing I've heard today :(
