beautiful sweet song, speaks to my heart... as always, Laurie... wish I had known Ed, he is missed by many here... i've often felt overwhelmed by losses these past few months! my loved one suffering early onset alzheimers, close friend lost in car accident, then favourite youtube friend disappeared without saying goodbye... it can be so hard to let go when life changes! a door closes but a window opens to a warm ray of sunshine that's Your music of comfort for the soul :) thank you dear friend!!

My mother-in-law died this year due to a brain tumor and it was very hard to lose her, both for my wife and for the rest of us. When I was out on my bike trip some very strange things happened that made me think she was checking in with me and saying hello. It was a great relief to think she was alongside and happy to see me. She might have been saying some of the things you said in this song, and that was a comfort. Very beautiful, Laurie.
