YOU FORGET THE OTHER MOVIES THAT JOHN HUGHES DID LIKE PRETTY PINK, HOME ALONE, HOME ALONE 2:LOST IN NEW YORK, HOME ALONE 3, AND FERRIS BULLER'S DAY OFF
I am reading a book titled "You Couldn't Ignore Me If You Tried" which was a quote from The Breakfast Club by Judd Nelson - The Brat Pack, John Hughes and Their Impact On A Generation by Susannah Gora...it brings me back to my teen years in the '80s
AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME MOVIES!!! i don't think my childhood would have been the same without some of those!!! R.I.P John you will be missed, but you legacy will live on through your fantastic movies!!!
I think because of him Chicago will always be linked with the 80s. He could have used another city, but at least he didn't go with the way overused New York or LA.
Great film maker. He had his niche in the 80s, but I wouldn't say he was "Mr. 80s movies". Robert Zemeckis( and Bob Gale), Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, James Cameron, Brian DePalma, Oliver Stone, Sly Stallone and a few others made some great 80s movies as well.
i hate how they didnt make a big deal out of john hughes dieing. and he made the greatest movies! but micheal jackson. then we go on and on about how great he was. micheal jackson:king of pop. well john hughes:king of the 80's
That was great!!! John Hughes is a genius when it comes to making good movies, especially 80's ones. Love this video too because I found out that he made "The Great Outdoors" which I did'n't know he did. I love that movie too along with all the other 80's ones. He will most definitely be missed. Rest in Peace, John Hughes.
