  • Pretty awesome movie, well done. There are a couple of simple EQs, reverbs, etc. that could be applied to some of the sound effects to enhance the realism. I bet Levan didn't expect anyone to recognize the Djivan Gasparyan at the end. Music credits in the future including artists would be super.

  • haha Gasparyan. I had to look him up. (I wrote the music for this btw.) Yea that duduk phrase is actually a recorded sample that is included in my sample library (Symphobia), I usually never use pre-recorded phrases but i found it irresistible in that moment, I think you have to agree it's hilarious.

  • was this done really well! 1 question, did u guys shoot this in the woods at fox mill? I think i recognized it haha

  • No, we were in Oakton.

  • great, funny etc

the whole artistic mediums thing was kind of hard to grasp (as an artist, hearing pastels vs. watercolor etc i was like.. uh what? huh? are you saying that watercolors aren't "against the grain", water color, paint-by-numbers and pastel -2 are mediums, 1 is a technique, neither are colors)...-- my only critique

  • You're probably right about all of that, but the whole point of that section was to provide a metaphor that didn't make any sense, but was over-the-top enough to sound like it could belong in melodramatic war movie.

  • haha i had a feeling that was the case, bravo

  • This was incredibly well done! I'm glad to see this film finally came to fruition. Extremely well thought out humor. Loved the whole thing!
