@Konformation07 Sadly, you don't. Its the luck of the draw, brand named BoVs tend to be better, but that's not always the truth. Personally I use Greddy BoVs or the crushed 1G in my DSMs, they tend to work quite well.

yup, when the air bounces back, it damages the bearing on the turbo, thats the purpose of the blowoffvalve so when it bounces back, it escapes there instead of the turbo
The motor is shaking because of compressor surge. When he hits the giggle gas the turbo is spinning more air than the engine can digest, causing backflow in the compressed air, making the engine buck.
Yeah, thats fuel cut thats making the bov flutter, if it were compressor surge you would hear it flutter when he lets off after the pulls. And he is running e-manage...I fuckin hate fuel cut. lol, scares the piss outta me everytime:)

yes, it is a 4g63t. as for mods, probably forged pistons + rods, bigger turbo, 850 cc injectors, walbro 255 lph fuel pump, afpr, standalone management (or maybe dsmlink), fmic + hardpiping, etc.

Compressor surge is when air bounces from the back from the throttle body plate to the turbo.

No, its the front wheels losing traction on the dyno. An AWD car with the same set up and N02 wouldn't do that.

forgot to mention water/alcohol injection, and yes, the internals are forged. and engine jerked because theres soo much torque, think about it.
