Health is not measured in seizes, it's by what you eat and how often you exercise. I have a lot of athletic friends that are definitely over a seize 8, you cannot call them fat or unhealthy. Everyone needs to stop worrying about how much they weigh or what size they are, and instead on what they're doing to their bodies.
