@heartsafecooking Thanks Suzanne, it is a bit nerve racking. Originally it was a conscious effort to be off camera, to emphasize the food, but you know, some people prefer the personality as opposed to the food. Lol!

Chef John from Foodwishes is rarely seen, best videos ever! (not because you don't get to see him just he is good at what he does!)

Richard Blaine on MrEZcooking, he shows up in the beginning and then it is just his voice, also great videos.

So no right or wrong, show up in some videos, don't show up in others. Just keep making great videos with great food and your face time will take care of itself. From what Iv'e seen your doing it right! Keep it up!

But I think in order to appeal to more people, it was probably the next step I should take. If you ever have any suggestions on how you think I could improve, feel free to let me know :)

Hey Sean Whazzup? Hey I am glad to know that there is actually a face to go with the voice! I was beginning to think I was watching recipes being presented by an evil computer located at an underground military base someplace outside London!

That plate of Courgettes looks really good. I am going on vacation soon to see my Gfriend and she and her kids always want me to show off and cook for them. Those Courgettes are going to make an XLNT starter! Thats a really good looking simple plate of food
