to me, i think this game is worthless when you either grinded/cheated so every hit, even yuna and rikku and lulu which aren't even meant to be meleeing at all, all hit 99999, it defeats the purpose of the game, i myself found it better when you DIDN'T reach the damage cap, or at bear minimum, only past the 9999 one

@Darkkefka i have a question may be you can help...why in FF 10 the customized weapon do less damage when the Celestial Weapons do more damage?? i made for example for auron a sword with the same abilities like Tidus ultimate weapon has...and also i dont like aurons ultimate weapon appearance so i wanted that he has a thin sword...but the problem is that his ultimate weaon dose 99.999 damage to nemesis but the customized weapon with brake DL dose less damage it should also do 99.999...why not?

@arcana13b u can get 30 form opening 3 chests from the chocobo race at temple remiem and u can bribe a malboro for 540k for 4 or overkill shinryu for 2

@LenaleeRose Jumbo flan is in constant reflect, so you need to reflect it back to hit him..unless you're using ultima.

@Darkkefka nega elemental is very easy if you use ultima exclusively...DO NOT have counter on...cast reflect on your party...and use ultima on them...maybe osmose if you run out of mana...but don't attack it physically...or else it casts ultima on your party...then it can't hurt you

Probably the easiest way would be for you to unlock the Celestial weapons, they all have that ability and also the unique and hidden effect of ignoring an enemy's defense. You'll probably have a much easier time unlocking them than customizing or winning three break damage limit weapons, if you need to know more about them you can look up a good guide on gamefaqs.

Thats about right. With a lot of nodes mastered on the grid and the right setup, you can pretty much Quick Hit and kill every Arena boss in an hour. A little longer if the Magus Sisters have maxed stats.

I used the Prima guide to get the secrest stuff that needed codes and the locations. The rest I am figuring out on my own ie, the final weapon for Tidus--that is going to take a bit of practice. I was bit over powered for the final fights, yet certain monsters in the monster arena still plow m over [ie that "imp", the "iron giant", and the "varuna" type]. I am having the hardest time defending against Ultima spells.
