@Kamikazidragon - no i didn't.. i cut irregular pieces of hessian from a massive sack and then stitched them together with strands of hessian and an oversised needle.. then i cut out the eye holes and added exra peices of re-enforced sewing... the only peice i added on top is the shape of the mouth behind the lace.

@WifeBeats yeah, it was an old sugar sack about 3feet by 2feet that i chopped up! i did try using empty sandbags too but the quality wasn't as good
