  • REB BEACH THE ANIMAL !!!!

    DOKKEN SUL TRONO PER SEMPRE...

    LOS ANGELES HEAVY METAL

  • Reb Beach is probably one of the most underrated guitarists out there.

  • This used to be my favorite band, but this chorus/ backing vocals is like a 1960s Mamas and Papas song.Only not as good.Reb looks like he masturbating on the rhythems. Its really weak. Newer Iron Maiden and Judas priest blows this away. I saw dokken live last year. Don needs to quit smoking. He was smoking during the songs! His voice sounded like shit too. Sad. Id only see em if GL comes back. PERIOD!

  • Is he playing an old Ibanez Roadstar?! The pickguard and body are wrong, but that's definitely an old Roadstar headstock and Edge trem. Discuss;-)

  • @intrsoul Had a Roadstar II 20 yrs ago. Pawned it, lost it, miss it. It was a cheap piece of wood those days. Then broke my fingers and can't play well anymore anyway. Anice guitar compared with my Gibson Epiphone that gathers dust with broken knobs.

  • isn't he lovely huh .. that talented Mr Beach !

  • No knock on Reb and the current guitarist Levin but Lynch is a mad dog mother fucking lunatic stud on the axe.

  • @melodicrockrules5150 yeah, on the studio dokken releases that put george on the map back in the day. Not so much in 2010.

  • @melodicrockrules5150 Just apples & oranges - both equally talented but with different styles.

  • He's good allright... but check out dimebag darrel (RIP) from Pantera he can get a crowd moving without all the guitar effects reb beach uses here

  • @topgearjammer if you're talking about the stereo chorus effect it's pretty commonplace. dime definitely used it among the various other effects he used to fatten up his sound.

  • "geniusus" hahaha

  • I met Reb, back in the day, with WINGER. He was nice. I also saw him, when he played in Whitesnake. Talk about how he can burn!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • I am a huge Reb fan! But Lynch and Reb are two different players can't be compared.

  • well i think lynch solos are pretty fast and in 80s he was genious.. if u can show me something of reb kewl i wanna se it :P

  • Reb is better than lynch but the real guitarist of dokken is lynch, dot!!!

  • I like the song a lot!!

  • Yes it is...

  • Yes. That is Reb Beach. Idiot....

  • Thats called Reb without a Perm.

  • how embarrasing

  • actually, Reb Beach lists Lynch as an influence on the inside sleeves of the first two Winger albums. They both respectively kick ass. Reb will always be a more consistant skilled player but Lynch will always be the more distinctive and creative.

  • It's almost like somone daring to say Reb beach is more consistant that Jeff Beck. Most people would just laugh at a statement like that.

  • Reb has never mentioned George as an influence...even before he was in Dokken. Reb has always listedthe guys he listened to as PLAYERS as Steve Morse and Eddie Van Halen.

Reb also has a much bigger resume than George. There is no George influence in Rib Beach, they have both been Dokken members but that is it.

Reb is a more consistent player by a long shot.

  • I'm actually pretty sure that you are wrong.

  • no I am not wrong. You need to get your facts straight before you reply to me again.

  • Reb is definatly a more technical player that George Lynch. George Lynch dosn't do chord sweeps or all the crazy taps, but none of that can take away from him as a musician or guitar player. For some reason everyone always wants to thro George in with the technical players. If you ased him, I'm sure he want to be know for his feel and soul. Very few guitar players can stand up to him for that. I'm not saying reb Beach isn't melodic. But Your conparing Apples to oranges in most guitarist books.

  • I both agree and disagree. George is a ballsy player for sure but technique has always been a huge part of his style....and it has always been something that he works hard at. George taps a LOT, he has a more generic tapping style but it is still used a lot in his stuff. Reb taps out entire scales and melody lines...different intentions and results.

Reb is one of the most melodic players in the guitar hero pantheon. Listen to some of his work on Wingers ballads and that becomes evident.

  • Lynch the 80's guitar god? I think not.

  • that riff is dumbass hard to play and they play it really fucking fast at the end

  • Learn to type.

  • Fuck you dude, get the sand out of your pussy, and stop whining to everyone before you piss me off.

  • The chorus is brilliant..............

  • reb fuckin rocks i thought this was a great lineup!!!

  • Reb is cool and does nottry to be george like levin does... i respect reb he is a cool player... george is and always will be the gtr voice of dokken... many may come and many may go but lynch created the legacy and is the 80's guitar god

  • cOOL i JUST WAS WATCHIN RANDY HANSEN AND THAT REMINDED ME THAT jEFF WAS WITH HIM LONG AGO..COOL DOKKEN TRACK .REB YOU ARE THE GREATEST TOO.

  • It is cOOL isn't it.

  • man just the whole album erase the slate rocks. saw them on this tour, but i was only ten or something. love reb man.

  • Hell YEAH!!! Reb Beach pwns!!!!!!!!!

  • Yeah, your real cool.
