@TheUltraluke basically, eve players/corporations will hire dust players to fight for planets. the dust players get paid and use the money to fuel their war engine, while eve is more sandbox rpg, dust will be more fps/rts. its basically halo and starcraft put together for fps players to have fun and pwn noobs while giving eve even more sandbox capability. over all, its for players to have fun like any game should do which alot are starting to lack, im thrilled to see something new

to clear this up: The Eve Player is the Guy in the MCC for what i understand, he controls and commands the battlefield buy telling where the next objective is, dropping vehicles when the players ask for them, and fireing on the enemy mcc. I also believe its supposed to tie in with faction warfare in eve, like you invade planets and stuff for their resources and planetary interaction.

Looks like an halo rippoff, the weapon looks a dmr from halo3 with a holograpich scope, the helicopter looks like a falcon , the var looks like a combination of a warthog and a mongoose and tank looks lika a scorpion, i can keep going on but you get my point:-P

the xbox 360 is a closed system alot of devs doing different and inovative things get denied permission by microsoft to do certain things. 2yrs ago RAGE was looking to get several gigs of HDD space and 360 said NO.

@raddpuppy70 PS3 is a more open platform, allowing them to connect Dust 514 to EVE Online's servers. Microsoft is too ignorant (sorry Xbox owners) to allow this. I don't know why Microsoft wouldn't allow this, though.
PC wouldn't make sense. EVE is connected with Dust, so if people played Dust on PC, who would play EVE? That's just the way I think, don't know about you.

correction, it was coming for xbox, but microsoft pulled a cdouche and didn't want direct conectivity between eves server and live, so ccp pulled out, it's not a playstation 3 exclusive.

IE thats why XBL is such a closed system, and thats why developers are starting to leave XBL behind when it comes down too making games like this.

EVE online is powerd by microsoft servers. But it looks like the PS3 will be joning in this game. So, does this mean that Microsoft and Sony can work together to make an awsome game that can also influence an online MMO? You bet! I cant wait.
