3-Cushion Grandmaster - Sayginer vs Massey (Part 1 of 3)

I've had the pleasure of shooting against Mr. Massey in Ocean City, MD 2001 and again in Baltimore, MD 2008. I am a frozen 7 in APA, and let me tell you, Massey is one hell of a shot. I was able to beat him a few times, only because I broke and ran. Everytime he got on the table, I would think he had no shot...then reality set in and I realized I was blind. He sees shots I wouldn't even try....and make the impossible shot possible. Hats off to you Mr. Massey!

@rheographics: did you try this kind of 3cushion or did you just try to hit the 2 balls ?

( because like this guy plays its hard but just begin with the easy parts like hitting the 2 balls in different angles etc )

i tried sometime ago when they had a table at the pool hall .. and ive been playing pool for sometime already ... and i can tell you... its soooooo difficult... even if you might guess the angles... its still difficult... these guys are just like goliaths.. they are the Kasparovs of Cuesports

I hate to nit pick, especially because I like the guy. Now and then Massey just needs to take a yapping break. He can have fun, and get the crowd with him without constantly pouring out half-ass, corny as hell, "jokes".

if snowboard half piping is in the olympics then 3 cushion should be too. It would be a good fit because not everyone plays it like 9ball, just like nobody does lueging or curling, etc. Also it is considered high class with international appeal.

That 10 shot was amazing. The most cushions I've ever hit were 7 cushions... and that was on accident. I don't even understand how 10 cushions is physically possible.
