  • The video is good. Nice exercise for the abs I would certainly do that exercise for my abs. I do happen to know a link of a site that offers workout plans and information that you could use to gain lean muscles and develop a lean muscular look you ever wanted. Its main focus is to add muscle strategically to your body to increase your appearance. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but I posted it on my profile. You can always check it out there

  • there is no way this will get you a six pack, although a work out of sorts lacks ab stimulation

  • @razhua Great to hear from you, and thanks for your comment. There are many factors that go into getting a six pack (fitness, nutrition, body fat, genetics). We have had great success with our 3X program and I, myself can attest to receiving a six pack because of it. The video you commented on only shows a sample of what the 3X Method is all about.

  • @BivertZ do u have lower or upper 4pack? because you will only need to focus on those abs to make them protrude more (that is if you don't want to change your diet, and if you arent overweight dont let anyone tell u u need a perfect diet, i have a horrible diet and have an 8 pack)

  • @BivertZ its fine :) do leg raises or hold legs off the ground, look into what exercises the lower abs then use those exercises to define them

  • @invinciblestick Huh, tell that to my six-pack. Hah, just kiddin. Different things work for different people I guess. I'm probably in the minority, because it took a grueling effort to burn off that last little bit of fat.

  • Those seem more like warm up workouts.

  • Do 40 minutes of intense cardio a day, eat below your TDEE, and you'll get a six pack. Not by doing ab exercises.

  • @Leudast1 40 minutes is too much man, u only need to do 15-20 mins maximum of "high intense cardio" & that's it

    if some one need to bulk up some abs, they do need to burn that fats in their belly too. jogging is the best!!

  • asianboyz you right my friend. Everyone is different and their body will respond to different things. The best thing to do is pick a workout that you believe you can commit to monitor your results and then make decision from there. Taking it a step further the best thing to do is constantly change things up which if the basis for my program and some of the other fitness pros i work with

  • crazy mike speaks the truth, HIIT workouts are good. Long cardio will break muscle down into energy or glucose which reduces muscle mass, which actually can slow down your metabolism. Following up this workout with 10 Minute HIIT workout or even 15 minutes of jogging will speed things up a bit. However, almost any workout with a solid nutrition plan will get you results.

  • Im really chubby like im 13 and im 100 and 20-30 pounds and my gfis makeing me get a 6 pack so what im going to start doing is 50 push ups in the morn then 100 situps after school then i'll ride my bike around my neighbrohood once because its over a mile long and then after that i come home and rest then before i go to bed i do like 50-75-100 push ups think im going the right way with this plus i've got down on my eating plus the pools opening so any tips for me cause i really want to loose wait

  • your going straight into to much and u will nvr keep it up what u shud do is start off 10 push ups in 3 reps and dont do sit ups as they are totaly useless for the best abs workout type in how to get a six paxk in 6 mins (its made by fasttrackabs which im not a part of n apart from this one thing it is totally useless) , cycleing is the best thing for your abs as it actually works more abdominal muslce than a crunch, make sure u work up slowly ask sports coach for advice n good luck :P

    I'm not sure if you can get a six pack like that, but of course your sweating and burning calories. you're going to have to do more crunches and sit ups.

  • sweating will not lose weight because as soon as you drink water the weight goes straight back on

  • Alright 2 of my friends dared me to gain weight and then gain my 8 pack back, what i wanna ask is, Whats the easiest way to get at least a 6 pack fast without equipment... yea they said no equipment to -.- ive already been doing 50 pushups before breakfast, and 75 situps and at night 100 pushups and 200 situps. just to make sure to burn all the fat i ate in the day, Reply would help. by the way like the music :)

  • 3xmethod, your workout is pretty good, have you any suggestion for me to get my lateral abs "larger"? I mean I need to get all my back larger, but I'm particulary interested in my lateral abs.

    Do you think i'll just have to train them more and they'll become larger on they're own,

    or i have to do some particular exercise?

    If i didn't explain myself, tell me and i'll try to say it in another way :)

  • Without crunches, torso twists, leg raises, or other form of sit ups, how can you directly target your abs?

    Did you also do cardio work for example treadmill, jumpimng rope, aerobics, boxing training?

    I can see how the bent over squats will work abs somewhat, but the push ups (chest & arms) and seated cable rows (lower back & arms)?

    Anyway, great abs.
