@2451Charlie - u can buy the fixture at lowes, but buy the bulbs designed for growing. they are NOT sold at lowes. grow stores or amazon is the place. i have the agrosun bulbs on my site in the grow store section.

Once the seed germinated and put in the soil about how long does it take for you to see the stem come up?

yo man good shit on your grow. quick question. i have a little DWC(Deep Water Culture) system in my closet just one plant a White Widow and i just put it to flower about 2 days ago and already seeing white hairs coming out. it just came to my head that if i flush the plants i have in soil i should also flush the plant i have in the DWC. but i dont really know how to flush a plant in DWC. so by any chance would you know how to or know of a video that shows me how to do it. let me know. and thanks
