adam u do look terrific more than most people ever do. I do admit tho that u seem to look like youre rushing through your poses though. Maybe hold each pose for like 2 seconds.

Also tips like crushing unopened can of soda pop with your bare hands, some outdoor posing, maybe swim and flex when u come out of the water,or shower, and that workout vid would be great too.

Tripods are pretty cheap, too. If you got one you wouldnt' have to kneel on the floor to do bicep poses.
