Loved the video, "hated" the music. A narration would have been MUCH more beneficial.

what type of attachment was placed on the flex shaft to remove the oxide from the wire strip??? beautiful work!!!

It was a mini sanding drum. You could always use a split mandrel and wrap a strip of emery paper around it.
Or you could always use a buff stick .
Glad you liked the video.
Have you checked out my other videos?

Yes I have. Seen them all actually. Very informative. Thank you very much.
What grit did you use? also too, what was the other attachment that you used?? thanks.
It was a rough grit, not sure about the exact grade but it was approx 180 grit.
They are little sanding drums that you can buy from most tool suppliers
What was the other attachment that you used on the flex shaft? The one that looks like the wire brush for the polisher?
It was a bristle brush with tripoli on it. It is good for preliminary polishing as it conforms to the shape of the twists.
thanks.
was that silver soldering of some sort to join the ends together and why the need to re heat the whole bangle after the soldering stage ?... nice work tho.

It was gold solder to join the ends together.
The rest of the bangle was heated up to anneal it so when it is tapped round it makes a nice even circle.
Glad you liked the video.
If that's what you do for a living, I'd love to have your job for a change!
