The screen was cut with the Routier's bread knife, no one made it up. It's evidence against her. There were two pieces of evidence on the knife, in the butcher block, a polyglass fibre and rubber dust.

If you go and read the entire trial transcript, it's impossible not to be convinced she is guilty. It's so sad to see that she has manipulated so many people into having sympathy (b/c she is a woman) for her... What about the two kids she brutally murdered?

@mlc2005 The transcript shows what liars the Routiers are. I am so glad that Darlie was dumb enough to believe that she could convince an enitire jury of her lies and testified. Wish it had been televised. She thought she could drag the jury by the balls like she had done Darin since they met. But you'll have people on here who'll swear they've done all of this research and they've never even read the transcript. And yeah who was there fighting for those kids? Sure as hell wasn't their 'mom'.

On the silly string, if you go look at her website it is explanied. They only showed the part in the media that would make everyone upset. In truth, she was crying and praying with hre pastor right before that. Her sister said we are here to celebrate, let's be happy. So, Darlie put on a happy face and that is the only part of the video ever shown. I have seen the begining and she was very emotional. Add me as a contact on here if you like!

I don't care what anyone on here says, that girl DID NOT kill her children. There are people on here that argue with me that her wounds were superficial. And if they would just open their eyes and look at the pictures they would KNOW as I do that NO ONE could do that to themselves. I read somewhere that the jury said that they were not allowed to see the pictures of her wounds, but if they had've, they would have NEVER convicted her. That girl was railroaded. The cops were just out to get her.

You read somewhere that the jury didn't see the pictures of her wounds? Um yeah, that was probably at the Darlie Routier website. Go back to that very site and watch the episode of American Justice. That's where you'll hear Charlie Samford say he didn't see all of the pictures & Darlie's own defense attny say the pictures were shown. Research. Try it.

@pamelac123 I agree. People mention that the neck injury was too close to being fatal for it to be self inflicted. Darlie did not have such knowledge as to come that close without killing herself. Well I argue the other way. She did not know what she was doing, and as such she nearly killed herself.

Mulder says, on camera, in print and more than once that he doesn't know why Samford didn't see the pictures, that they were shown. If you read the transcript you will see that the pictures were shown and argued. Do some REAL research. Not just skimming over Darlie's website. Try getting BOTH sides. And it was ONE jury member. 1 out of 12.

I know, I've seen the video as well dear. I do not believe she is guilty of killing her children, No way. However, I also don't believe she loved them as much as she should. (Which does NOT make her deserve the death penalty) My brother was killed in a car wreck in 1991 and there is also no way that I could have put on a "happy face" even if I would have wanted too. I was completely devastated. And he was "only" my brother, not my children. (cont)

1- The blood clean up at the sink

2-The ways the blood dripped around the house

3-The screen was cut from the inside

4- Part of the screen was found in her knife block

5- The broken wine glass was on top of the blood.

6- There is cast off of the childs blood on the back of her night shirt.
