Well a country is made by its culture and the way people behave. hence India is different than Pakistan. In last 60 yrs they have developed their own culture I would not comment on how it is as I do not know but it is for sure different than us INDIANS and it can never be same.

Things like respect for elders, value for education, dressing conservatively, being frugal with money yet throwing grand weddings....these are pretty much the same throughout india. The bigger culture gap is between rural folk and city folk because city folk are adopting western culture over their own.
