This wasn't banned folks. People on youtube have a habit of labeling any black and white cartoon they find as banned.

Artistic merit back in the Golden Era had a different mind set for its time. As generations pass, so do those mindsets. But that doesn't mean anything is wrong with them; they just moved on.

So having an artistic representation of an era, a generation that isn't ours, marked as "ancient, banned video!" just makes me laugh every time.
