@alex8039 From both a Paramedic and former soldier's standpoint, I've always been amazed at how FRAGILE the human body can be when it comes to bullets, or say, a car wreck. Most of the time, the guns used which don't kill or at least severely maim someone are the very low powered ones. The human body does NOT adapt well to the simple forces of physics or biology.
