This is a good tutorial, it explains everything and tells you/shows you exactly how to do it, but perhaps next time you should consider editing out some parts?
Just a suggestion. You did a good job here, considering I couldn't find a tutorial anywhere else for this. :D
you know you can just auto correct the title screen so that it automatically fit when you upload it by clicking "clear" on both the transparent color things 0.0
i'm not suggesting you make a transparent window skin, i'm talking about your custom title screen, you don't have to go through the trouble of editing it to fit the exact measurements of another title screen, if you import it to VX and select the clear, clear options it automatically adjusts it to fit the screen (maybe it's just for oversized title screens) but that allways worked for me, and nothing ever turned out transparent ^.^
@jow0RISE0 It doesn't work like that, actually. Those clear buttons make it so nothing is transparent actually. And it doesn't resize the title screen, it just positions it and cuts off the excess. But you don't want that when you've designed the title screen to be exactly how you want it. It's much easier just to change the size in your graphic editor. That's why the options to adjust size are there...
Alright, what you need to do is open your resource manager in VX (The little icon at the top with the red blue and pink shapes.) Go into your system folder and find the windowskin. Export it to your desktop or wherever, and then use that file. Make sure to IMPORT it again when you're done editing it. Same way, just backward.
Hope that helped.

@LilLollix3 This is because when you download the program you're given an RTP folder which holds all graphic and music files in it so the program reads it from that original folder, it doesn't re create the graphics/music for every new project or else it'd take up A LOT more space. That's why when someone who doesn't have the program plays one of your games you have to check "Include RTP" so it includes the default graphics/music
@CRAZYASIANH0B0 When you compress the game data (File: Compress Game Data) which turns the entire folder into a small .exe file so people can download it (typically via mediafire or rapidshare) there's 2 checkboxes. One for Include RTP and one for Create Encrypted Archive. Right click them and select "what's this" for more info on them
@CRAZYASIANH0B0 Glad to help, feel free to message me if you ever need help with the program or if you have an account on the RMVX forums you can message me @ Kingsofrpg there for a faster reply. I'm not entirely sure what .u.b is...? haha
And on a side note, just so people know what to do when you want to edit a graphic or of the sorts, go to your resource manager and find the folder your graphic is in (should be easy to find) and select the file and then export
Which version of Photoshop? Would any version work for this specific execution of the project? Let me know.
Thanks, man
