I posted before noting something to complain about: Don't do your own voice acting when voice actors were paid during the game's development. I can understand reading text on screen if it was for a game that didn't have it, like an older generation game (SNES and older) or a hand held. In my LPs, I do my own voice acting for my interpretation of the characters' tone of voice, only because there wasn't a professional voice actor already doing the portrayal.
